Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

I ordered my kickstand last summer. It is way overpriced but is custom fitted to the bomber. I've only dealt with quigly that one time. I only recently had it put on because I wanted to have the mc rim put on at the same time. It did take 3 months to get to me though

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Finally got my bike back from The Electric Bike Shop here in Sacramento. Mike, the owner is a very knowledgeable guy. I want to thank Rix for pointing me in the right direction to getting a mc rim and helping out Mike's shop during the process. I added a 19" rim and also the (a bit overpriced) kicks...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

IMG_0217.JPG Got hit by a car today. I'm alright with just a scraped up elbow but my rear brakes took most of the impact. Was crossing an intersection and a lady hit me in the turn lane. She must of been doing at least 20mph. She didn't see me and I didn't see her until too late. Mine as well upgra...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Auto-cruise would be nice for long stretches when commuting through town. Especially while pedaling with "legal" speeds. In California I can legally go up to 30mph. I can keep a cadence around 30mph while pedaling in low gear, would be cool to keep the power after releasing the throttle. Guess I'll...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Has anyone used the auto-cruise feature on the CAv3? For the life of me I can't get it to work. From the manual it looks like auto-cruise only works in throttle pass-thru mode. But I get no power when I put it in that mode. The only mode I get power is in WOT. Do I need to change some other settings...

Re: A2B Metro - www.ultramotor.com - Video Page4

I have a 2010 A2B and am looking to upgrade the motor, controller, and battery. I like the crystalyte HS35 kit from ebikes.ca Where would I get an upgraded battery for this kit that could replace the stock frame battery?

Haven't had any clearance problems so far. Although I haven't been on any crazy bumpy terrain with them either. There's plenty of room for adjustment higher if need be. I could also attach it to the top portion of the seat post but it seems to work here. Also looks pretty cool. :D

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

IMG_0213.JPG It's been rainy here in the Bay Area and since I commute with my bomber about 8 miles roundtrip I needed some fenders. The first time I took it out in wet conditions without fenders was not pleasant! I picked these up from Amazon for a good price and work well. SKS Grand D.A.D. Dual Ad...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Overlooking San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge Looks like you either changed the seat, or they put a better seat on it? What's that thing behind the seat post? I changed the seat first thing. I had to change the seat post too because the dealer didn't cut it and it was a bit too high. I have ...

The wait was worth it! Rode all over the east bay area. Did 48 miles at 17.1AH. This machine is a blast! So fast! I got it up to 53 mph. I changed out the seat and added a mirror and an iPhone case. Couldn't be happier!

Mechanic was out yesterday and the driver was out today. The dealer is about an hour away. But it'll be delivered tomorrow morning by 10. Only 15 hours to go!

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Just spoke with the dealer. They're still setting up the bike so it won't be delivered until tomorrow morning. One more day! Ugh, the wait has been painful. Found out it's Bomber #418. The weather is nice here in the bay area so I should get some good riding in this weekend. Counting the hours….

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

I got one in Space Blue. Have only seen one fighter in this color. I also ordered the headlight with it. I guess that and my battery and charger are sitting at the dealership. Just waiting on the bike to come up fro L.A. I bought my bike from Road Bike City in L.A. Their customer service was excell...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

I know my Bomber has landed in the US. It's probably sitting in customs still. Ordered it on November 4th, so it's been well over two months. Can't wait to ride it all over the Bay Area! Very Nice! I just love the look of these bikes. Hopefully mine in Space Blue will be here next week sometime. Just curious how you are hiding the wires for the governor switch. Is it safe to drill a small hole in the handlebars?

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

I ordered 2 of these switches, a blue and a red one. The blue will be for the lights, and the red for the governor. I'm going to wire them so that turning on the lights will cause both switches to light up. http://www.adafruit.com/products/915 I ordered the same blue switch from Amazon. I will be u...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Looking forward to taking the flight! Ive had an A2B Metro I've been riding since 2010. Its been great and have nothing bad to say about the bike. Going from that to a Bomber I think will be like going from a station wagon to a ferrari!

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Just wanted to introduce myself. Got the confirmation that my Bomber (in space blue) was at the loading docks last wednesday ready to be shipped over! I never had the chance to test drive one but I read through this forum and watched all the videos I could find. I live in California in the Bay Area ...
