Re: Special 6-seater bike build
Ah yesss I see the cup holders now, very interesting placement of the cup holders. Smart move hiding them behind a wind break, of utmost importance is being refreshed while riding hard, using that throttled thumb can be difficult, finger or hand cramps you know. ;) It can be real tough, maybe thats ...

Please
Do
Not

Power

Ebike
Its easier and cheaper to limit power then it is to make more, higher power.
I was going to say Leaf 1500w hub motor if you want two motors, or a single qs 3000w hub motor

It seems to me that you send a lot of easy fixes to the expensive bicycle mechanic way.

I rarely if ever see the lame ass Sondors ebikes, to which I've only seen once. Let alone seeing a Sur-ron in the real life.
Any XL or XXL bike will do any 6'er or someone deep into the 6's.
The biggest questions to ask yourself is what to install for the terrain you will be riding the most.

Where is it coming from? I ordered a $10 web cam from China, months ago. I got no clue if its being shipped by boat or what. I need to remember to get my money back, contacting Newegg soon. It doesn't really matter, I dont do Zoom anymore thank god. I would confirm shipment method and pay the premiu...

Lost interest and I dont know how to weld so that ezee hub motor did not get mounted with brackets. I am sure I could have cobbled together some greenhorn welds and it probably would have held up. That hub motor is just to big and heavy for the plan I had to mount it. I think it would actually be go...

23:00 on those lipped washers
Lipped washers OK up to 40Nm, with steel rim it can handle more power, look at the graph.
Fork itself can vary but usually fails at about 40-50Nm others 90-100Nm
Wrench as tight as you can on the axle nut, is about 60-70Nm

Check this speed record pedal bicycle for cheating slip stream riding behing a car, looks to be 8 or 10awg spokes.
Keeps the crank a decent size instead of having one large crank, got the extra gears/jackshaft in between the crank and wheel.

If that was a carbon fiber frame, I wonder what would have happened.
Can't even recycle that carbon fiber frame can you, not too green is it.

For low power (~500w) the flanged/knotched washers are good but still why risk it? I would never use them even on 250w wimpy UK power setups. My ebike is to precious as a valuable day to day tool and no I dont care about the looks of my ebike. I dont want much down time for a spun axle, which destro...

I then found my TSDZ2 had broken the securing and swung up, chiseling a small dent on the aluminum downtube with one of the extruding screw nuts (see pictures below). Its not a durable motor, some have luck babying it, I guess. To explain, I did not use the securing block and the bridge-plate provi...

Higher voltage takes less resistance of insulation to skip over. Just a general rule some people post about safe/unsafe 100vdc Other reasons to, you start getting into specialy mosfets 100vdc+, more circuitry to handle blah blah blah I got no clue, google. Those multi-spoke gauge tools are useless for lacing a wheel or doing a regularly scheduled truing of the wheel where you gotta hit multiple (5+) spokes. Full suspension is the way to go, here the cracks in the multi-use pathway can be quite large so it looks to be a great scooter in that way, the only thing I dont like about it if it was my S750 1500w Schwinn is the raised rear end, I wouldnt even use the seat but at 1500w scooter, should be a blast...
