Re: Neumotor 8057/75 middrive project, belt drive, adding halls, 10kW+

I wonder why you like to use the Neumotor if you probably could fit the QS2000W or an LMX midmotor below the swingarm. Thnx for the help madin .Im sure your right about the mass, but just the size of the neu , gives that much more space for a reduction shaft. more reduction = less stress on the mot...

Re: Neumotor 8057/75 middrive project, belt drive, adding halls, 10kW+

yes! the Sur-ron setup could well work under the qublix (esp with the neumotor) but im afraid it will only work with the 8038. Even at that, i think it could work. If your pulling 10kw from the 8057, would i be correct in thinking the 8038 good for 6 kw - 3kw continuous?

Re: Neumotor 8057/75 middrive project, belt drive, adding halls, 10kW+

Havent bought anything yet but ill be using the r76 Qublix. SO , ive only pictures to design off of. After seeing this i will soon do improvements on the rotor by installing stronger, segmented magnets and rewind it to 4T (~60kV) or 5T (~50kV) YY. I think 50 kv @ 7 to 1 reduction would come close to...

Re: Neumotor 8057/75 middrive project, belt drive, adding halls, 10kW+

3) see above, but i wonder why you would like to mount two motors beside the shock? When looking at the qulbix frames i would put one motor underneath the swingarm. Just doing a lot of pondering before I go crazy and pull the trigger on a project that is probably over my head. I was thinking 2 of t...

Re: The BEST and FIRST Qulbix Raptor mid-drive build!

Hi Mike, Are you still around and building? These threads seem quiet. Im curious about the Q76 swingarm drive. A while back, you mentioned that it could be set up with the small block , allowing room for a derailler. Is it still possible? Can a freewheel cluster screw onto your hub? And (for now) Wh...

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

Just got my mini back from Russia. I ran auto detect a few times but it didn't seem close to right, ie- anglecorr +28 +18 +16. Top speed after, varied 25 to 35 mph. I ended up putting it to boost, went to angle corr. and adjusted it while WOT . I found that at -.78 the motor ran up to 52 mph and any...

They are still in Russia and still in business. Sent my mini to em around the 1st of august and they've fixed it , now I'm only waiting on the mail. I'm thinking that they've been overwhelmed by a lot of BS from a lot of people and minimized their communications force. I look forward to the new gene...

My mini display wont come on. I had it running on the stand, charged , autodetect all good. took a break , when I came back , the display wouldn't come on. I did hook up an adjustable brake for a minute but wasn't sure of my wiring so disconnected that, and ran it some more after that. Ive tried con...

By the way , to resolve this issue, I started running without the brake cutoff, however , one day I was on 'cruise', touched the front brake , and ended up with 2 broken thumbs , so now I'm into the brake cutoff.

setting up a new bike with my older mini. THNX KODIN, It didn't occur to me that it could be so simple but I think ive already located my seal. I ve got 2 RS bearings but I like any overkill. I saw the heatsink article. I always wonder if some tabs couldn't simply be welded on around the ring. It seems to be mild steel, at least 3/16 thick ...
