What’s your pack details beyond 200 cells?
Sony vtc6
Honeycomb spacers.
I used 1 layer of nickel and soldered copper wire on top of the nickel
I wanted to fuse every cell but found it a bit difficult

Finally I changed the back wheel for a 17", I really like the new look
Gained some weight, lost some top speed, but the tire offers so much more than bicicle tire

Re: Vector white lightning

The battery cover I just asked a local shop to build it since they have the proper tools. Glued together it could fit more than 200cells. Max power is 8kw Top speed is 85kph, will be less with the 17" rim. The rear wheel has the spokes all bent and already broke 3of them, so I will be building a 17"...

Re: Vector white lightning

Thanks.

The fenders are some cheep ones from decathlon, I gave it some heat to mold them to suit the 24"s. At the moment there's no fixed plate, just fixed it to the swing arm, just plastic, needs to be reinforced though, it's to wobbly right now

Smells a bit burnt but I don't see anything. I measured the diodes : D1 0,146 D2 0.146 D3 0.734 D4 0.152 Z1 0.996/ 0.838 goes bo...

hi.

what bottom bracket would you use if you wanted to use 53t chainring?
needs to be larger than the usual or it will hit the frame.

the cells are all 3.77v and it shows like the picture, doesn't read some cells and the others are reading wrong values.
the input voltage was 15.2v, was that to much?
nothing smells or looks burnt.

Re: Using cars to get rid of wind resistance

it really does work... until you hit a pothole and have a flat tire, break a rim, or worse have a crash.
i'v tried it many times and had many flat tires and a broken rim, most of the time is not worth it
