PSA- Do not buy anything from AlexTech or his website. https://www.aatorquesystems.com/ Total scammer. 10 maybe more people are waiting on refunds or product for over 2 months. He's been caught in more lies than Trump and obviously shares the same business ethic. Posting this because his site is sti...

Re: Need an Expert advice

I think there's a market. :D
I make 6" billet pneumatic wheels (150mm). My older version is on centerset 608 bearings. The reason I mention that is they would be pretty nice in a mini scooter. I have the stl files. let me know if you'd be interested in using the design.

Re: ECF board - Open differential - University Project

I wish you would have used a traditional kingpin design. It would have put the motor outboard, behind the tail of the deck. allowing you to have a better/comparable ride-height to that of a traditional longboard . As it is, the ride is going to be inherently unstable and awkward.

You should be able to unplug your receiver wire from channel 2 in you receiver and put it in channel 1.

Re: Problem with connecting remote, esc and motor

It doesn't matter if the motor/esc is unsensored. plug the wires together. If your motor spins backwards switch any two of the wires around and it will spin forward.

Re: DIY welding RC motor mount to board-trucks

This is what I've done in the past. Clean both pieces really well. Then put a bead of JB weld around one side of the pieces where they meet. Make sure everything is square before anything cures. Then, turn the pieces over and put a bead of Jb weld on the other side where the pieces meet. Let it sit ...

Welding aluminum isn't going to work. Especially if you want to have any structural integrity.

Re: Dont Buy LECDEC! If you got any experience yourself read

When you buy cheap chinese crap this is what happens. The warnings were posted everywhere. Lecdec isn't even their own creation. its alibaba bullshit rebranded and dropshipped. I find it almost funny that nobody ever listens when they're told to build their own board or save their $$$ and buy a good...

We also got some new enclosures too if it fits what you need - http://diyelectricskateboard.com/category/electric-skateboard-parts/enclosures/. We're looking at making a smaller pack which will fit everything in one enclosure but we haven't done so just yet. Thinking of like a 6S4P or 8S3P type set...

Re: New Dual Motor Mount/Truck Combo for Electric Longboards

Oh, ho ho. I got like 10 or 15 years of street skating under my belt. Maybe 10 stair sets, stuff like that. Got it. First time I ever went on an offroad board, down a hill, I got dragged face down behind it for a good 20 ft - on like a 45 degree slope (at steeplechase)! hahaha, I shyed away. I have...
