Re: Um... how do you handle all the handlbar mounted accessories?

For awhile, I had a seat post mount, that had a 1"x1" square tub and two apposing V's for the clamp, I had a 5S2P with a switch and a UniBond light. which worked great for lighting, but it is far too large for my liking. I am going to be building my own light, based on my knowing fuckall and buying ...

^^That is why I like the mass and material (stator) of the mxus 3kw even though I hardly use it to its maximum, the Leaf 1500W is a solid choice as well, which is what I would probably be fine with, with my weight and some of the hills I do.

Re: What does your trike e-build weigh?

How do you weigh your trikes? I was thinking of making a sliding kids trike for the cabin, but its a gravel road culda-sac, plus there would be too much goofy around with something like that. I will probably end up building, probably buying a simple tricycle for the cabin, 2 seat with a big basket ...

My cargo carrying capacity is limited to six 2L bottles hanging off the left side of the handlebar. I would joke about how much alcohol is could carry but its never seen it, just Club Soda.

One of the reasons I recommend against DNP freewheels is that the sprocket teeth are poorly formed and made from more wear-prone metal than Shimano or the better grades of SunRace freewheels.

I checked on my cell phone the speed at which I tend to ride, seems to me that 40km/h is super fast for my liking, though I do ride that speed when its safe to do so, its good to get that out of the system but I am never in a rush. 35kph is more to my liking for a fast cruise, while 30kph is a good ...

Yeah I know :) The best bet is to not cheap out neither, them Thudbusters look like a top choice, the sting of the price may hurt but the bum will thank Thee later on. One mans "Touring" is another mans bumpy road, gravel road, washouts. If you want a cushy ride, seat post suspension is the key! This is what I've been thinking to save the bum from the daily nut-sack massage. Also look into how much of a wider tire you can use, not like tire tread friction is a dif...

Re: SAMSUNG INR18650-29E cycle test.

What is the conclusion for 29E?

I think for high discharge rate, and a decent capacity the 25R is a good choice, and good alternatives perhaps the VTC6?
But what about higher capacity which always means lower discharge rate, the 29E would be top 3 if not #2 because its 8.25A not 10A like PF?

$500 for an ebike, with battery will be a no go! You wish to have pedal assist I assume right, or do you want throttle only? Will the commute along the 20 miles be lots of stop and go or steady speed? What about the "short hills" % slope? Where are you located, which city, state, country? What kind ...

I have a wild idea after looking at the pics, make your battery look like an enlarged water bottle, for ultimate camouflage! You should post pictures! Your bike is proprietary, so if that battery is bad, you'd have to buy an expensive battery from Haibike. That is why I have always stayed away from store bought ebike, that and they are expensive! 13S would be 48V battery, for a 500W motor could be 10S or 36V. Count the nu...

When I was doing the bat testing, I went into Toys4Boys store which they were selling Haibike, but I doubt they sell any batteries for them. Are the Haibike systems proprietary? Another thing to note, especially when your considering taking your bike onto a bus with a bike rack, is that the bike racks have a limit to what wheel base will fit. This bike, will never fit on a bus bike rack https://emkcycles.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/miacano-bronx-long-grey-cruiser-bike....
