How do you tighten the swing arm bushing, are you supposed to tighten it down real hard or just loose?

I found the combination with a battery and multimeter, if anybody else is wondering it is: red is positive, yellow is ground and green is signal.

Can someone please help me identify wires on currie throttle

Hi, I got this throttle from a GT shockwave scooter I have, I believe it is a hall throttle.
I was hoping to use this with my Adaptto Mini-E controller and to avoid controller problems I need to know what the different wire colours are for.

Best Regards

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

Hi Doc, if you see my earlier post 2 pages back where i wonder:"Does any of you know what the setting in charge menu 2/2 "ChgSensor inv yes" means?

If you set this to yes it will exit charge mode, I cannot get out of charge mode before i toggle this to yes.

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

Hi, Does any of you know what the setting in charge menu 2/2 "ChgSensor inv yes" means? I have had failures to the controller during charging earlier and I am really scared to blow it again. All references I can find on this says it is reserved for future use/OEM, the reason I ask is because after a...

Hey guys, say I'm using a MXUS 3000W motor .. but I want to run this motor in two modes. A street legal mode which runs the motor at 750W max and an off-road mode which basically pushes the motor to its limits. What's the best way to do this? Thanks guys! Re: Modified controller issue (video included)

Yeah it would have been nice to have another motor to test with, because this looks like a poorly made motor. There is one place where there is a gap between the magnets that is larger than the rest and there is also a small corner of one magnet missing. Unfortunately I'm the only one of my friends ...

Re: Modified controller issue (video included)

are you running this with sensors now ?.. what is the battery current draw @ WOT with the wheel off the ground ? it could be either a incorrect wire combo or you are reaching the max e-rpm of the controller ( less likely in a direct drive hub but possible if its a geared hub ) Yes I am running with...

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

Is there any way of testing the halls or seeing their output on the diagnostic screens ?. Yes there is, if you press two times to the left(from the main display/screen) and look for a H with a number after that will be the halls. They should go 1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6 and so on if it mix up the seq...

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

The thing is that I can complete the autodetection cycle and get the successful message. The motor stutters a little forward and backward during the cycle but no complete rotations of the wheel. if you have really not seen a complete rotation during autodetect there must have gone something wrong. ...

Can someone please help me with setting up the mini-e for my hub motor? I dont think my temp sensor is working, its hooked up to the motors internal ones as per the instruction manual, but it just reads 32 degrees c all the time, even when you have been blasting round for 20 mins, so looks like a strip down and installing this thermister argh, why cant it just work wit...

Re: Adaptto Mini-E/Max-E Owner's Thread

Also does anyone know what the little diode or resistor wrapped round a nut it for ?. That is the temperature sensor for the motor, the "nut side" is the +5v side of the thermistor. Where did you hear that? Could be so, but Andrey told me there was no polarity to the thermistor. I didn't hear that,...
