Re: CHEAP ORYGINAL CELLS 18650 and welded packs for 36V

Just received 3 packs of samsung 35E 10s4p. The packs are clearly factory made and robot welded. There are some smal copper wires welded to the battery terminals so it is very easy to solder BMS and complete the battery. I´m done with soldering battery packages and will buy theese from now on ! Afte...

Re: eZee motor and controller at 69 amp phase?

I have used the ezee 300 rpm in a 20 inch front wheel on a cargo bike. Live in Norway. Been going on steep inclines with loads above 150 kg. 20 amp controller and 12 s lipo 20Ah battery. The ezee motor pulls like a donkey! After 2000 km I broke a nylon planet gear. Had it replaced with new assembly ...

Re: New "SDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I did a test ride going uphill with a freshly charged samsung 35 E pack 5p10S. 620 watt in max output from the battery. Just about 15-16 Amp. Going uphill for 5 minutes the motor and battery maintain this load without problems. But it sound a bit laboured. The motor noice is much nicer under less lo...

Re: New "SDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

So i finally had some time to test it some more. Se added picture for clearance. I had to cut away almost all of the motor mount on the right side. But the motor fits snugly. With a freshly charged 10 s 5p Samsung 35e pack I have 550-620 watt under load. The motor delivers this continually going uph...

But it is a very tigh fitt and the motor cant mowe aft ore front at all! The chainline is not very good. But doesn´t ...

Re: New "SDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I Think it drives very nice! The power from the motor only starts when you push the pedal. But you don't have to push very hard. In turbo mode you can pedal quite leisurely and still have power. There seem to be a hidden menu in the controller where you can remove the speed limit and also boost amp ...

Re: New "SDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I just instlled one on a Bullit cargo bike. Had som clearance trouble due to the cargobike frame. Had to use a grinder on the motor. Chain line is less than optimal. Quality and finish is good ! Paired it with an Alfine 8 IGH. Test driwen it for 2 km. Works nicely. Very torque, but will only give po...

So I just bought 224 Samsung inr 25 r cells. And I'm planning to build 3 battery packs 2 packs with 13 s5p for my friend and his wife and one 13s7p for my cargo/kid bike.
