2x BCD104 adapter BBS01/BBS02

Hi, I'm selling my never used BBS0x BCD104 adapters. They are 6mm countersunk, giving a better chainline compared to most other adapters. Location: The Netherlands. Price is 20 euros each, including shipping in the EU using regular snail mail in a bubble enveloppe. https://s9.postimg.org/hs3sjkpdn/2...

Re: Bafang nylon gear wont fit

Is there any way to know which gear I need, without opening up the unit?
I am ordering some parts and like to include a gear as well just as a spare.

Re: Bafang Error 21

I had a chance this past weekend to thoroughly test out the reed-switch type speedometer sensor. It works fine. Charlie How did it go after that. Controller still working fine? I'm about to apply the reed sensor fix, but if the sensor problem is indicative of a controller that is about to...

Re: Bafang BBSxx - fault finding and fixes

My Ba-Fang arrived yesterday. Before mounting it, should I open it up and apply: *white lithium grease to the plastic gears, and *moly grease to the main drive gear; * or put Mobilgrease 28 on both, as suggested in this article https://electricbike-blog.com/2015/12/23/mobilgrease-28-bbshdbbs02-beca...

Re: Bafang BBSxx - fault finding and fixes

I have a problem with a little squeeking sound from my BBS02 750W when turning the pedals very slowly (engine off). Not sure if you can hear it, but on my mobile phone I can hear the audio clearly: Can't get the youtube link to work, so h...

Does the BBSHD controller also have IRF3077 MOSFETs?

Thank you.
Yes, it stops if you stop pedaling (or pedal backwards).

No, it's all relative.

I think the unit is designed for this rpm, so I think you'll need higher voltage to get higher rpms.

Re: Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

Hello all ... Thanks for this useful thread. I just started programming my BBS-HD and there is one thing I don't understand. I want to be able to use the throttle at all times - without pedal assist. On the basic page I can adjust the "limit current" and "limit speed" at PAS 0. Sorry for asking but...

Not sure if that could happen indeed, although one of the wires has the full battery voltage on it. Not sure how an USB port would react to that.

Re: New Bafang Crank-Drives

Buy as much power and battery as you can afford..... You can always go light on the throttle on a higher v system. If it is cheaper, buy the 36v BBS02 and just reprogram for 48 or 52 then put the leftover money into more battery. It all looks the same from the outside if legalities are an issue whe...

I still prefer making one. I really like the long lead to my computer, securely on the bench 4' away from the bike stand. It's just easier that way. The Grin TTL is over a meter long, and my Bafang cable is also more than a meter long. I think mine comes in at near 7'. You can also use a USB extens...

When trying to connect your Bafang software to the BBS01/2 of your bike in Windows 10 put the compability mode to Windows 8 and start in administrator mode, both selectable in properties of the exe file of the controller software. It will show the right comport if you this. This worked for me, but ...
