Re: kelly controller and a 1600w motor

both those functions is disabled in the softvare. and with stock controller at full speed with wheel in the air its pulling 120-150w maximum, with the kelly at the best workign hall phase wiring combo it puls 1400w so something must be wrong. strange thing is both 60 or 120 degree hallsensor setting...

Hi, yes its not that much to controll in the software. have tried 60 and 120 degree in the sensor settings with the same results. have checked max and min voltage and max amp settings. ewerything seems correct.

Re: kelly controller khb and ca v3 throtle problems.

Is that okay to do ? I am not shure because the kelly electronic is wired to a 5 cell. And the ca is wired to the 32cell side. So a bit of voltage difference that is isolated from each other. If i wired the earths togheter what will then happen ? Will it be okay?

Re: kelly controller khb and ca v3 throtle problems.

No help in turning the ca on first. Most be something with them not have the same grund Connections. Since the ca is wired to the high voltage. And j2 connector on the khb is on a separate lower voltage battery.

Re: 28mm vs 45mm stator

The crown motor i also think is slower wind. I thought slow wind will be high torque so it should have powerfull acceleration from start? Small motor puls away from start also.
