I think the controller is way under-powered (300 phase amps peak?) in amps for a QS 273 8000W. You need somewhere between 400 and 800 phase current (depending on motor kV) to really get all the torque out of the motor (if your battery pack and BMS can handle that). See QS Motors own info: QS 273 8kW...
Too complicated and heavy. If you put all the weight of the extra motor and rest of the extra drive train towards a single motor set up you can wheelie and have straight line performance.
When you first posted I thought you wanted to build a small RC scale tank type thingy to gentle pull you through the snow.
But this thing is turning out to be able to rip your arms off and plough through a mountain of ice...
To bad they won't let you race. It is inevitable that EV's will take over dragracing and set new records. Hopefully you'll find other events where you can race.
Any more photos of the completed bike and drive train? We love EV-porn
does anyone know where they got this throttle cable converter? No idea where you could get that specific cable to hall sensor throttle. The ones use most on DIY conversions where people want to retain the cable throttle on the handlebar are these: https://aliexpress.com/item/4000768288652.html http...
