Re: Kuberg Freerider Extended Swingarm Project

They work now. Nice skid plate!. Which front fender are you using? How it works for you? Looks a bit short on the front so maybe some mud fliies to helmet/face at higher speeds. I'm on the research of the perfect fender.

In retrospective... I'm not sure if I tested correctly the charge mosfets.
I desoldered all discharge mosfets. Two in total were short.
I desoldered all charge mosfets. All were good.

Now I've a dead BMS

Re: bluetooth BMS?

You guys were right. I touched every mosfet on one side and one was much hotter and marked it. I took out five mosfets and tested them and the marked one was shorted. They are HY3410. Now I've another problem, I think I burnt the logic stage :( On the board I found (left from the previous operation)...

Awesome! Even if you race alone, please use some protection (if you are low on cash buy the first items). I've purchased the cheapest stuff on amazon and I really like the products. It happens that I've been recording what I built in the last months and finally I'm editing the hundred hours to make something condensed that people can watch and maybe take some build techniques that don't require expensive tooling.

Here is #1 Swingarm

Qgx0rt-1LCw i should not have procrastinated w/ the sensor install. i would've seen that the yellow phase wire was rubbing against the rotor. eventually the insulation and copper wire wore off and started acting like brushes, hence the scorch marks quality on this BHT motor is really crap  Bum...

Re: New build, BHT mid-drive "direct", custom frame

Are you monitoring temps inside the motor? By the time the heat soaks through to the case it could be way too late for the windings. Great job on the bike build by the way! I agree with that. I've fixed the temperature sensor (the same as the picture, with the remote display) inside the motor, on t...

Hi all I spent some time to clean-up and translate the interface of JBDtools , the latest (v1.A) version. As I still haven't received my BMS unit, I surely missed some fields or made translation quirks. Please let me know. https://images2.imgbox.com/f4/78/GP3t7HYV_o.jpg http://cjoint.net/?b04euy5jp...
