WTB: Tsdz2 parts (plastic gear cover, speed sensor, 4 bolt chain ring adapter, motor cover seal, 850c display)

I had purchased a TSDZ2 kit a little over a year ago, with the intent on adding custom firmware and putting it on my bike, but never finished the project. Between then and now my family had to help me clean out the area where I was storing the kit after the room had a mold problem. I later discovere...

Re: How can I test a battery's health

^-- legit advice. Do you have a cycle analyst, watt meter, or other device that can count the amp hours while you are riding? a simple indication of voltage sag during load can tell you a lot. Having the amp hours counted by a watt measuring device can tell you more. And if you really want to dig i...

How can I test a battery's health

I have 36v 20Ah lithium pack that I have no knowledge of its past use. I am able to get about 5 to 15 miles on a single charge without pedaling at all, just constant 100% throttle with a 250w controller, geared sensored 350w? rear hub motor on a steel frame. I load the bike with 200 to 250 pounds an...

Need some info on importing large battery from China into US

I own a very old, no-name Ebike that needs a new battery. The battery that needs to be replaced is a 36V/42V - 20Ah pack that mount inside a special rack parallel to, and behind the seat post. I found only one result that is large/tall enough in my searches found here . It looks like it will be ship...

Re: Do you know anything about this controller?

I meant that on it will randomly stop sending power to the motor and refuse to send power, even when I pull the throttle up, until I disconnect the battery. It only does this if throttle is at 0% so if I hold the throttle above ~1% for the whole trip I am able to avoid having it do this action. Also...

Re: Do you know anything about this controller?

I'm having trouble with it & could not find any info about it. Problem I am running into is that when I turn on my bike, my setup will always power on, however the controller will eventually permanently disable the motor until I turn it off. The motor will only be disabled if throttle is at 0%. I th...

Do you know anything about this controller?

I have a brushless E-bike controller that I need your help to identify. If you know, or think you might know, anything at all about this controller please let me know. Thanks. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk196/TECH_GEEK10/0513152319_zpscl64rz0a.jpg http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk196/TEC...

Re: Arduino Noobe Needs help.

I have a bunch of concerns that I am seeing in that video, and would like to go over a bunch of stuff that a forum really is not suited for. Do you have a skype account? I don't need to use the camera feature of skype just the instant messaging part.

Re: Arduino Noobe Needs help.

I just saw the price of that motor and the esc. Have you already purchased them? You can get a better, ebike specific, motor and controller for less.

Need basic help understanding a shunt

I have a 48v charger that I modded to have a proper charging voltage for a 36v lithium ion pack. The drop in the output voltage seems to have messed up how much current the charger thinks it is outputting and how much is actually put out. The amount of current output that is actually supplied is abo...

Can this model of charger be set to 42V?

I need a charger for my Ebike with a 36V 15Ah Lithium Ion pack. I found this charger on ebay and would like to know if it has those potentiometers that adjust the charging voltage and if they will let the voltage go down to 41V/42V.
