Re: Eboard V2: Clu - Complete

Love it man!

I'm going to try and do a similar thing with my next build; I recently got an xcarve, so that's my motivation to make a really slick milled out board.

I kinda did a similar thing shown here:

Re: Landyachtz TopSpeed 90mm 10S4P DualRearDrive

Looks sweet man! An Xcarve would make quick work of that milling.. plus, all 3 of LHB's resent wire channel's were actually cut with my Xcarve (we only live a couple hours apart) so that might be another reason to splurge on a CNC mill- after all, you get perfect lines 10/10 times, and those wire ch...

it may be owned by Enertion, but jason doesn't even go on the forum any more.. infact, I doubt you'd guess Enertion is the owner if you didn't already know it. There aren't any blatant ads or slanderous posts about his products or others, and as hummina said, there is a crazy amount of traffic there...

Re: Stealth build!

Thanks!

I could try the laser carving, but I kinda want to do it by hand- I may just cut out some geometric shapes and arrange them in a cool pattern... Still up in the air though.

Stealth build!

Just wanted to throw up some pics of my latest build! It may not be real CF like OKP, but I still think it turned out pretty slick. Here's a quick run down: -Longhairedboy custom deck that I CNC'd into with an Xcarve -Space Cell -Ollin boards VESC -Enertion 190kv original red batch -flywheels, calib...

would it be possible to have one 80kv, and one 90kv? seems like that would mess some things up.. is there any relatively simple way to know if you have an 80 or 90kv?

It's just a cheap copy of the mellow board.

If your TV power button fails from new would you accept a replacement part and a small some of money from the manufacturer ? there were plenty of options and that was just one of them; some people would prefer just to do the quick fix themselve; and unlike a TV remote, we are building electric skat...

Re: Eboard dual rear setup with large motors

Has anyone thought about or tried mounting motors to either side of the rear truck i.e. one in front of the truck and one behind on the opposite side? Kind of like a diagonal setup but with both motors mounted on the rear truck. Does that make any sense? Would it work or is there something I'm not ...

Sounds great! I assume everyone will have the normal KV unless we specifically state that we want the higher torque version... I'd definitely prefer the same KV as your originals though, so no change for me. Just making sure, but if we already paid, we are set to go and don't have to do anything els...

They have also had a lot on their plate lately... I remember everyone was asking where there space cell's were in mid February (Enertion wasn't shipping their orders..) and it turns out their factory was on holiday for Chinese new year or something. Then they had countless issues with Raptor's faili...

I agree with 206monkey32.. People always just hear the bad; there are tons of us who have great support, but we just don't go bragging about it. I feel like any time someone has a "bad experience" lately, they turn to ranting on the forum and causing a huge stir up.. I mean, I get it, you're mad, bu...

arbor for the win!

How much flex does that drop thru have? My pintail had way to much give for a long pack like that, but I'm assuming there isn't near as much flex on the axis.

Could you not just go out and buy a wii remote and send it back to him to "prove" that you were right? To be honest, why would he even have a brand new wii remote to send to you in t...

I had to set my torqueboard's esc to 80% throttle, "low" acceleration, and "low" motor timing for it to work with the space cell.

I'm not trying to throw you under the bus by any means; just some suggestions: The videos were somewhat unprofessional... only a couple seconds a piece, really low quality, and shaky camera work. You can barely distinguish the hub motors. Your comment about them "smelling" after riding fast also was...
