If you gonna use the 205 as a hubmotor then a 5t will give you the most starting-torque and the lowest speed, for hills you need torque so the 5t will be good. If you use the 205 as a middrive then you can take the 3.5t and gear it down for torque.

yes its unlocked, just now at 250 battamps and 530 phase, i am sure the motor can take more but i am a little afraid to blow up my controller again

just wanne know what amps your going to feed the motor

You gonne feel the diffrence with the revolt motor its day and night in power

Problem almost solved trottle dont give maximum volt.It just showed that it gave just 1.94 volt normaly it was 4.8volt.Maybe the trottle is damaged when i blow up my controller its a domino ,somebody know of this problem? By the way the motor still pulls hard not damaged at all

dont have another motor to test, what do you mean with a isolation tester? A tester to test shorts?So how do you check?

connected today new 72200 controller install and parameters ok, but no power at all it just start at 5amps it will drive but no startingtorque at all, something wrong with controller, or is the motor? this is the third sabvoton i settup so i did twice halltest and everything seems ok .Still no power...

They should sell it as a diy framekit, at the end it costs the same amount but we can choose like we want it .Bigger battery better suspension en so on.

If it's disconnected from the controller and motor's still rotating with a lot of resistance then you've got a short somewhere in the windings. yesterday I blow up my saboton 72150 and now when i push the bike I notice that the engine slows down exactly whether it is in regen.
What could it be?

How would the acceleration compare to a hub motor at identical wheels sizes, power levels, and top speeds? I'm looking at using this motor in my next build. Hoping to max it out around 84v*200amps = 16.8kw/22.5hp. its laying arround,for the weight of the bike the controller didn't give me enough startingtorque.
