i planned to sketch all mathematical term first, but hub motor is best compared to mid drive, as mid drive spoil its design due to chain look.
we have to place batteries/controller under centre foot rest area i think, have to workout in CAD :)

hi guys, is it possible to go without bateries (no power cut or zero shut down in our area) ? think my home is connected to Grid and solar panel. If my home usage in higer than solar panel generating power means, it have to get extra power from grid (only extra power, not full power), is it possible...

we can change/reprogram settings from the android app itself..? no need to connecting to PC ?

if able to change settings means,
android only model (with no rs232 or usb connectors, will reduce the size of board/price)-less complex
normal model with rs232 and other options.

Poor efficiency at low speed (say, that is from zero to 10 kmph), better i can pedal ebike initially, in NON zero rpm (atleast some speed) i switch ON controller and use throttle, now it require less torque to run bicycle , so little more efficiency ??

so we can pull more amp , so more torque, but due to cooling, it wont damage the motor :) even we can travel longer without any fuss..really a great improvement, must for hilly area commuters, as they need more torque in low speed. is you fan wings are plastic or aluminium or other metal ..? because...
