Re: Neematic - 20kW middrive bike

cmon. this fakepedals cant fool anyone. if so, surrons has also this fake pedalkit if you "need" it. those big bikes had pedals for the only reason to be pretending iam an bicycle.... and why? because it was always illegal.... no need for pedals on a surron and everyone who rode with pegs will not ...

Re: Neematic - 20kW middrive bike

News From Neematic… Apparently they finalized a deal with UBCO from New Zealand. Part of the announcement mentions: UBCO FRX1 debut in AIMexpo FRX1 will have its debut in the US at this month's AIMExpo in Columbus, Ohio. Feel free to visit us (Sept 28–29 open for the general public) and explore the ...

Re: Stealth FUTR owners builds and pics

I'm trying to make it work with 20700's as they have about 20-30% better capacity with only ~12% increase in physical dimensions. It will be very interesting to hear your experience with this, given Luna had so many problems trying to make the Apex battery with 21700 cells, that they actually gave ...

Can you describe in more details under what pedaling condition you get that.
For example, if you are going uphill putting constant pressure on the pedals, does it cut off and on?

Be as detailed as possible on all the different situation it happens.

Re: My Bafang Ultra Mountain Bike! Frey AM1000

It all depends on how it was programed. The Pedal assist is a mixture of torque and cadence sensing. The torque sensing is the most natural way to provide power assist as it is proportional to your effort, but could lead to what you describe, in situations like pedaling on flat, when your effort may...

What I believe you can install is the Schlumpf Speed Drive,
http://www.schlumpf.ch/hp/schlumpf/faq. ... engl.htm#E

or better its cheaper version the ATS Speed Drive

Only two gears, but better than nothing

what? EBR charges service fee for reviews of ebikes? that is wrong - so by other words manufacturer pays for review, right? and are EBR reviews really independent ? I understand manufacturer lends ebike for review for free , but he has to pay for review? that is weird. I don't think that is weird. ...

Re: NEW: Qulbix Q140MD Core

I agree, this is quite a nice configuration. They apparently use a Hub motor, which will make it super silent. The risk is overheating, but it seems they have taken steps to manage it. The smart phone app for configuration is a nice touch. If they had mounted a Pinion gearbox and a torque sensing PA...

Can the v-Boxx be installed on the beta? In for sale thread stealth USA in Cali states that it can be installed yet I haven’t seen one build with one... I don't see how that would be remotely possible as is, given the V-boxx has to be the axis for the swingarm. I would think it would require major ...

I haven't noticed this with the torque sensing. I don't use the throttle enough to comment on that. Can post my settings if someone PMs me a link to the software. Not the Bultaco, but the Huracan :)
But thanks for that, I had never heard of the Huracan. Way to expensive for the specs, but good to know someone else to keep an eye on.

My understanding was that the noise is in the motor, not the chain.
If so, only a different or better tuned controller could improve that (and or a different motor)

L1e Homologation is nice, but I really don't like to limit the power of a motor. I wish they did A1 homologation for enjoying unleashed 11kW beasts legally.
That would indeed be nice, but this is a whole lot more complicated and expensive to do, so likely much further down the line :)
