How to Re-balance cells in a 10S4P pack ??

In my E-skate 10S4P pack some welds were damaged by extreme bending ( Car incident), at the time only enclosure was damaged , but after a few rides a Power problem occured. I took battery out and discovered the damaged Welds on 2 of the 4P Packs out of the 10. I disconected those 2 pack from the 10 ...

Is this diagram , colors represent current and Heat. In this diagram where the wires are Red will also augment their resistance correct ? ...Will their Higher resistance at red points change the way Current flows through the Pack ? Will More current flow through batteries where heat is less ( not 10...

I mentioned "assuming connections can handle load".

What i want to know is how is Current flowing through the cells,... flowing relatively equal or is one getting much more current than the others ??
Like in shematics on page 1.

Brass will probalby hold it's shape and springiness better than copper, which would make them have better connections over time vs copper, if you plug/unplug a fair bit. If you never unplug them then you don't need the connectors, whcih would be lower resistance. ;) Gold is usually just anticorrosi...

Some bullet connectors are made of Brass,.. some of Copper. Some gold plated some not ? There must be differences in Resistance ?,.. which are better ?? Copper is much more conductive that Brass, people never seem to talk about what there made of ,.. does it make a difference ? Where to buy Quality ...

Ohbse can i ask at what Voltage your 30Q were delivered ?

I recieved my 30Q's at 3.447-3.449 V .
