Re: Frame for bosch motor
Anyone? I'm at a loss. I've only found some on alibaba, but they want minimum orders of 10-50 frames. I only need 1. Preferably a full suspension mtb

Frame for bosch motor
I have an ebike with a bosch mid drive that had the frame snap after getting hit by a car. The motor seems fine and everything still turns on... I was hoping to salvage it and buy a new frame, but i can not seem to find any frames for sale. Anyone know where I can buy a generic frame.

36v silverfish battery
anyone got a good link for a high Ah 36v silverfish battery in Europe? They are not the most popular batteries so options seem kind of limited.

Re: Gadgets on your eBike that you couldn't live without
only things on my handlebars are a headlight, bell, phone holder (I rarely use it and I take it off if I don't plan on using it) and display (CAv3). my other bike has a bell and eggrider (light is mounted below handlebars)

Re: Looking for this tool to remove my front chainring on a bewo middrive
There is enough thread visible in the cut outs to verify the thread direction. From here it appears to be left hand. Make sure before beating on it. Use a heavier hammer and a sturdier punch. Warm the alloy spider with a torch or heat gun and quench it with penetrating oil or water and let cool. If...

You could try something like this and grind some of the splines down. https://www.wiggle.co.uk/park-tool-compact-bottom-bracket-tool-bbt-18?lang=en&curr=GBP&dest=1&sku=54956&kpid=54956&utm_source=google&utm_term=&utm_campaign=Shopping+-+All+Products&utm_medium=base&a...

Re: Bewo, New Crank-drive Motor
Thanks for all the information about the Bewo mid drive. I'm running the 350W 36V on a cargo bike (Christiania Bike), for around 2000 km now. But like i can read in this thread, i have problems with the crankshaft and the small bearing. When i crack it open, all the small balls from the bearing was...

Re: Bewo, New Crank-drive Motor
This thread seems quite dead now, but just a little update... I crossed over 10,000 kms a few weeks ago. Never had a single problem. I use the 250w motor on my heavy christiania bike (Cargo Trike). im only using a 36v battery and i think it maxes out at about 500W when im really pushing the bike. Im...

Re: Cheap, but decent sensored sine wave controller
the baserunner does 35amps? and cheaper than phaserunner Ive considered that, but its still a little too pricey. I would have to buy another CAv3 as well since I plan on this bike having pedal assist. As far as im aware, baserunner/phaserunner will operate fine without a display using a throttle, b...

Re: Cheap, but decent sensored sine wave controller
So basically I have an old tandem that Im currently converting. I already laced up a 1500W leaf motor, but when i tried to hook it up to a controller i had, it didnt work. So i tried another controller... didnt work. The controllers wouldnt even power on. Then i hooked up my phaserunner and it worke...

Re: Cheap, but decent sensored sine wave controller
I've had very good luck with the Phaserunner/Cycle Analyst combo on four ebikes now. Could it be that you are setting it up wrong? There's a lot to set up on them. Sorry, I guess i wasnt very clear... Not sure why I even needed to mention the phaserunner. It works perfect and has been for a few yea...

Cheap, but decent sensored sine wave controller
I am looking for a somewhat cheap controller for a 52v battery that can handle 40A peaks. Its like a jungle out there. I currently have a phaserunner on one bike and then 3 or 4 kt controllers lying around, but they all have some sort of problem and I dont know enough about electronics to troublesho...

Re: Who is the best custom battery maker for ebike frame
i had a custom battery made my vector. It cost just a tad bit over wholesale prices from nkon.eu plus some extra for a bms. I dont know how it held up, but i put about 5000kms on it before the bike was stolen and it seemed to be quite well built. Although, i didnt dissasemble it to actually see the ...

Re: Phaserunner limits power by speed, slow accelaration, top power only at top speed on flat street
I've experienced the same thing. I used to have an infineon controller that was very responsive with the throttle. since I've switched over to the phaserunner my acceleration is much slower. I've spent a lot of time adjusting various values on the phaserunner, but I'm only slightly faster at acceler...

mt60 for phase wires
i have a 1000w hub motor that I'm currently lacing in a 24" rim. it will be powered by a 52v battery that is rated to 60A. the controller is only a 30A max. so I won't be using the battery's full potential, but that's fine for me (and the battery)... anyways, my question is probably a stupid qu...

not sure if this is in the right place, but I have an older remote controlled car that uses a 7.2v nicad battery. I was wondering if I could just put some 7.4v lithium batteries in it. do I need to change anything or is it just plug and play? m the current batteries are only 750mah and the lithium a...
