New Torque sensor Mid drive by Bikee bike

Got notice of a new up to 1000 watt small mid drive by bikee bike called the lightest. Also is a torque/PAS motor which is a game changer from the Bafangs and has more power than the TSDZ2 https://www.lightest.bike?mwr=cc55f8c6 There meant to be 4 types of mounting methods which could suit difficult...

Re: BBS01B 36V 250W - trying with higher voltage

Hi Wizzeros, I had the same issue. I found that the cadence on my 350 watt was too slow on 36 volts. I added a additional cell making it 39.6 volts nominal run on a bypass switch. If it was fully charge the high voltage cut the motor out. on 90% charge it was OK. In the end just bought a 48 volt con...

Re: BBS01 Controller Upgrade 36V to 48V

Yes 65 kph is fastish, but that is not sustainable, cruising is 40 to 45 kph with a tail wind on the flat in 13 or 14th gear on the road. (46 tooth front and a 16 tooth rear) On the river trails around 25 to 30 kph drawing around 3 to 4 amps. I have a watt meter installed and max watts is 800 with a...

Re: BBS01 Controller Upgrade 36V to 48V

I have also done the same, I am just using a 10p 3s booster pack made out of old makita cells. I found that the 36v 350 watt motor had too slow a cadence. It was about 65 to 70 RPM in the real world which was too slow for my knees. Once I put the 48v controller on, the cadence goes to 80 up to 105 rp...

Re: Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

I think the unit is designed for this rpm, so I think you'll need higher voltage to get higher rpms. Exactly. A 500W controller could bring some improvement. But otherwise it is what it is. No amount of programing will change it into a faster drive. IME. Hi I'm New to ES but have had the same probl...
