Re: ENDURO EEB: Help me get rid of high speed wobble

Try 720mm or wider handlebars for more stability

Re: Building an EEB with a QS 205... Help needed

IMHO
Sabvotons are ok as long as you don't push their limits
APT AE96600 excellent but size and weight are an issue
Mobipus - don't bother

So.....
I've ordered a 24f for my eeb QS205. Looking forward to August delivery so I'll let you know.

Re: CHIME IN: NEED SUGGESTIONS TO AVOID MELTDOWN!!!

Have you positioned the wheel in the middle of the swing arm? I found that I needed 3 U shaped spacers/washers inserted between the arm and the cable otherwise you will have trouble with your caliper. This will also allow more clearance for the cable. Also exit your cable to the rear and bring it ba...

Re: Building an EEB with a QS 205... Help needed

I'd go along with that Rockstar195.
EM3EV are the people to go to. My frame has done 6 -8000 miles on/off road and has been 100% reliable.
I've massively overpowered it at times and it's held up well.

Cycle analyst v3 3.13x1G GPS

Thought I would flash the 3.13x1g GPS firmware onto my CA V3 today as I have a 0183 NMEA receiver in the parts bin.

Has anyone tried this with any success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: lf controller 20kw+

APT AE96600 is good for me, up to 120 volts + 600 phase amps and is reliable.
Mobipus requires a 1 hour key to change anything on the new software which is, at best, useless for home tuning.

Re: How to fix Backward and Forward feeling w/ CA3

Hi
Try running the 3 position switch via the presets function and not the Amp % in the cav3 settings

or raise the Again setting to double whatever it is set at.

Re: Hall sensor problems, i guess

Frankie
I forgot to add turn the "test given amps" up + 5amps or even 7 amps it will work with that combo.
also try 45 and 90 degs.
If it rocks back and forth it will work.

They are pigs to set up so keep trying

Re: Beast making with PAS

I've put PAS on my my bike. It runs from the pedal crank (12 pole magnetic sensor) , through a CAV3 and then on to a APT AE96600 controller. Set to anywhere between 50amps and 325amps Interesting.........yes but not the best idea I've ever had (certainly not the worst) Dangerous.........Definitely N...

Re: Hall sensor problems, i guess

I know this seems a bit mad but from what I remember I got the self test to work by changing the wheel direction from 0 to 1 or vice versa for the test only. Also set the hall angle to about 140 degs.

Re: Another Stealth bomber (clone) build

Hi Guys, I have given up on Sabvotons. I've bought 5 or 6 (yes I know) over the last few years. One is still running and one only lasted 8 miles  . So I bought the APT AE96600....over powered, a bit bulky but awesome. I've done a little over 2000 miles feeding it as low as 84v HOC @ 26ah 20c bu...
