Re: Voilamart 1500w 26in rear hub install !

Have had exactly the same problem with the same kit,you have to file out the dropouts and make them deeper and the freewheel needs to have some washers inserted to space it out, only way to do it.I only had to stretch by about 1mm each side to get clearance so it would hardly put any extra stress on ...

Re: wheel and gear problems in Cambodia

size of wheel is no problem, if it is disc brake, but if rim brake you have a problem,
deralier should be able to be adjusted to accomodate less movement.

On a side note are you beaker from a well known forum in Cambodia who sometimes has travel arranging problems??

Re: Speed level questions for the rear hub kit I installed

Quote(Also, the Pedal Assist is always full power, 1000W, trike takes off full force) I also bought the voilament kit and had the same problem, the way i solved it was to replace the sw900 with a kt3 screen and i could then tone down the takeoff speed. The sw900 in my eyes is a piece of junk.

Mechanical brakes

Opinions please,I have always had the 26inch rim version but on my recent bike i went for mechanical disk brakes and have wiped out a set of pads in 360 miles.I got 2000 miles ot of the 26 inch rim brakes before the pads needed changing and the rim brakes seemed to be more efficient at stopping me. ...

Did you physically disconnect/remove the BMS, or just hotwire past it?
just pulled the plug from the bms board then connected the charger to + and - on the battery.

I recovered a pack showing 1v by just disconecting the bms and plugging in the charger,I did this outside in the barbecue to avoid any fire risk, after an all night charge much to my surprise the pack was recovered and all cell groups equal. This was done about 3 months ago and the pack is still good....
