@Stancecoke - Thanks but I will stick with main branch, can test the value if you want, but I am not intersted because it does not work with lcd3. mtdr has sent a LCD3 to me, so I have now implemented basic functions for the LCD3 in my fork. I added the option of using a higher PWM frequency, also....

Its 3.788v. With the same board controller, 37.3v input. Are you sure? Thats much higher than on other known boards... with 3.788V the value for battery current cal b should be around -776 (5V-->1024, 3.788V-->776) If you have an USB-UART-Adapter, you an look at the value with a terminal program at...

It is a little difficult to do a remote diagnosis, I guess it's a problem with the current measurement calibration.

mtdr from the German forum has managed to flash the firmware to a KTE-SVP7, but the switch to 60°interpolation doesn't work, and with 6-Step the motor (yamaha middrive) stops after a while :-( I have no idea how to help at the moment https://www.pedelecforum.de/forum/index.php?threads/kt-controller-...

You can try the torque simulation branch without a display, just to see, if it works better on your direct drive. (without display, level 3 is activated by default) If it's satisfying for you, we can improve the master branch with this control algorithm. I don't plan to do further development on my ...

I wasn't motivated to do something complex, because if that will be a PI controller and will need user to tune the coefficients... more complexity while the original don't have that need for user tune!! The torque sensor outputs a value that is a peak signal every pedals rotation and I feel that peak on the motor, Therefore the torque is avaraged over one crank revolution in the torque simulation fork...
