Re: Domino Throttle
Can anyone please help me wire my domino throttle. I understand where the positive negative and signal wires connect with the pins and waterproof connector... but what about the other two spots (last two out of five connections in connector). The diagram says they are green ?? I don’t know what the...

Re: Poor throttle response with CA3
I couldn't get the throttle to run right when running it through the CA3, not many people can
I ran it directly to the controller on my infineon and modded the throttle min/max range mechanically with resistors and it's perfect

Puzzling that people upgrade to ASI and yet still have throttle lag problems
Let's say you quickly rip the throttle from 0% to 50% or more, still 1 sec lag or instant?

That drill one copy is a complete piece of shit. 50% throttle until the motor spins, how are you even supposed to ride it like that

Wow
I had the total opposite experience with this seller
Got a great deal on a domino throttle, shipped out almost immediately and would have received it within 2 weeks had it not spent a month in customs

Re: Hub motor maintenance?
You can grease sealed bearings just pick off the seal
My motor covers had 1 good bearing and 1 shit bearing that had alot of resistance when i tried to spin it, which improved alot after i repacked it with proper grease

Probably a mxus 3k lightened to about 8kg on a lathe would be my go to
Id lace it to 22" rims and run 22x2.5 tires, I can't stand the weight of heavy hub wheels

Maybe an obvious response but why not just get an 18 fet infineon or something?
Or better yet stretch your budget and get an foc controller, these old trap controllers are not really efficient

Re: Thoughts on this setup.
I'd buy a sur-ron instead I did look at that option and while they look great, the performance is still not quite up to scratch speed wise, also it’s double the amount that I’m spending It's gonna weigh a tonne, won't offroad well, won't look like a bicycle on the road, and won't be as cheap as you...

Why not 17"? Isn't that standard supermoto size? Is it cuz the sur ron is smaller itself? Ive been thinking about goin supermoto, i find myself riding street alot due to where i live, and i haven't even ridden my SMR since i got the sur ron... 17" looks ok if you run fairly skinny tires, ...

Any updates on this? I understand the motor current dropping off as you run out of phase amps but why does the battery current also drop off in the mid/high end?
