Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

Would Grin please release a SatiatorSoftwareSuite update for Build: v1.101 that doesn't overwrite "Advanced Settings"with default values when writing/saving profiles or advanced settings to the Cycle Satiator?

Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

Hi Forum users, Having changed the "Advanced Settings" of the Cycle Satiator on the device itself to custom values, then connecting the Satiator to the computer via USB, starting the Satiator Software Suite (1.101), then connecting the Suite to the Satiator, creating New Profiles in the Software Sui...

Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

Hi Hayds13, I did try to lower the charging current from 5.5A to 2.0A. This is my low current 48V Li-Ion profile: Full volts: 54.6V Bulk amps: 2.0A Complete A: 0.1A Trickle Start: 27.3V Trickle End: 38.2V Trickle Amps: 0.2A Charging (custom made) cable resistance is set to 0.036 Ohm, the value I mea...

Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

Even with firmware 1.026 a charging error has returned at hardware revision 48VR7. Now the Cycle Satiator display tells me alternatingly: 1.) "Shorted", the displayed voltage climbed from 33.2V to 34.1V in a night of trying to charge. 2.) "Connect battery" 31.6V (at 33.2V shorted) 3.) Then 33.3V 4.)...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

What is the no-load current and power consumption of a 36V TSDZ2 (in mA and VA)? Were these values measured without a display attached (green+white wires connected) or which display was connected? And was the backlight of that display enabled or disabled? To answer my own question: With a King-Mete...

Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

Downgrading from v1.025 to v1.024 was the solution for me.

I haven’t seen any “Pwr Fault: Restart” before-starting-charge-issue since the downgrade.

head light: Supernova M99 mini pure 45 electrical measurements

Because information is scarse on the electrical behaviour of the Supernova M99 mini pure 45 (SKU/Art.: R-M99MINI-E-MBLK; EAN: 4260224790682), I did some electrical measurements on this head light. Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Does the current 36V 250W/350W TSDZ2 still have the 45 volts input voltage upper limit?

Is it possible to lift this maximum input voltage value 5 volts using the ST Electronics programming kit?
If yes, which parameter(s) to change?

Re: The Cycle Satiator, universal charger for the enthusiasts

I'd wish a Travel Satiator or Satiator Lite. Primarily with reduced weight, from 1.33 kgs down to 0.4-0.6 kgs. I can live with reduced features, like: - (much) lower current / power (2A would be acceptable, 4A is better) - shorter cables - no galvanic isolation / no "PE" connection on mains input (a...
