Re: Trouble balancing cell voltage with 13s BMS

Yeah, knowing for sure a BMS is fully operational is not that straight forward which is one reason some people avoid them. Is there a way you can charge each parallel group individually to 4.2v? Do you have access to the cells in the pack or is it wrapped? I do not have access to a individual cell ...

Re: Trouble balancing cell voltage with 13s BMS

Thanks for the help. Do you think it will be evident if the load resistors are busted?

Trouble balancing cell voltage with 13s BMS

Hi all! I just put together a 13s8p battery using new vruzend caps that is being used with a generic "1000 watt" DD kit. I used recycled Panasonic NCR18650a cells from user tumich on this forum. The cells arrived with voltages between 3.4 and 4.1, so when I assembled I made sure the difference in vo...

Re: CHEAP NEW ORYGINAL CELLS LI-ION 18650 FROM 1,09$ 2200-3500mAh!

Just another happy customer!

My cells arrived in New York about 10 weeks after payment was sent. The NCR18650A cells are in great shape and had voltages between 3.5 and 4.1 with most around 3.8. Images are in the album below.

Nifty 150 Thank you. Is the v2 kit the same dimensions. What is a good material relatively cheap to use for bus bars brass or aluminum 1 series busbar instead of stacking them. Si ?
The V2 kit should have the same dimensions as the v1.5. the V2 kit comes with nickel plated copper busbars.

Re: DIY assembly kit for 18650 without spot welding/Soldering

If you set it up as 8 rows of 20 it should measure 176 x 440 x 93mm as far as just the cells and caps. This is just from the dimensions listed on vruzend's site (https://vruzend.com/faq/#dimensions). You could set this up in a massive number of ways so you will have to do the simple calculation base...

Why not just use a rear hub up front?
Rear hubs allow space for cassettes so I don't think that would work well.

Re: Group Buy New samsung 33G high energy cells

Are tesla cells significantly better than on brand low cost 18650 cells?
