Would connecting a 5v throttle ground straight to a 60v battery ground be an issue though because of the voltage difference?
Not at all... the connecting wire just needs to be the same size or larger than the original wire. (just not smaller)

Re: Confusing electrical issues

Would connecting the ground of the throttle directly to the battery's ground potentially help? That would be a cleaner connection right? I've read with a Magic Pie wiring harness, sharing the ground between the throttle and light would cause throttle problems. A direct connection would eliminate th...

Re: Kelly KLS-H Controller Wiring Query

Time to get out the calculator. The Kelly 12 volt supply is 40mA. Which is .04 amps (point zero four) Mainly just used for electronic, very low current devices. IE: hall sensors and brake logic control... A 18 watt light bar requires (watts = Volts X Amps) so 18 watts divided by 12 volts = 1.5 amps....

Re: King-Meter Display & PAS sensor

Hi Cory,

Would you please provide the pin-outs for the display's round HIGO connection? Making sure to specify male or female side.

Can this display be bypassed by jumping the RED and BLUE display wires?

Can you verify that the display can handle up to 72 volts?

Thank you,
