RESOLVED

Well what do you know, they use a 10k thermister in new the mxus v3 3000w 4t.

Also i had a broken temp wire, which was why i was getting strange a reading.

So everything working correctly :)

And then if i change scaling to

0`c @ 0.67v

T scale 186.9deg/v

I get V and temp reading of

4.99v 805 `

Going back over my settings. I have it wired the same way but my sacling is dif it reads

Linear type

Temp> 0`c volts 4.80v

Temp> T Scale 186.9 Deg/V

Temp> Thrsh Temp 100 Deg

Temp> Max Temp 125 Deg

Setup temp sensr 4.99v 33.9

Hi there Thanks for the reply Yess you are correct i have setup the way posted in this article. White wire going from mxus to yellow signal wire of Ca v3 I changed the ca v3 setting to 10k themistor and it reads -30 c` i test ride and while accelerating temp rise to -27 c`when come back to stop temp...

AFAIK the MXUS 3K uses a KTY83/110 sensor. Here's the relevant snippet from the datasheet KTY83-110_snap.png Following the example calculations in the Guide using the data above, I get: Temp->0degC Volts = 0.70 V Temp->TScale = 183.3 degC/V V@ 0degC ..... 0.820K/5.820K * 4.96V = 0.6988V V@ 110degC....
