You can cut the red/black wires from the control switch on the connector under the key plate. The white/green are for sport on/off(ep).

That's awesome! I'm planning on doing this to mine, just waiting for all the parts. Did you use flasher relays and if so, where did you put them? Would also be interested in links!

I think it's for the GPS module on the X version. I can't find it, but I remember a picture of of it under the seat.

Seems that is a newer version, has a vehicle number and besides blinkers has everything to become road legal, even a document stating that has speed limit 20km/h I guess that is for registration purposes.
