Hey teklektik, you better read IMR Batteries' Shipping Policy again, as you don't seem to understand it. The shipment was not refused. Neither was it undeliverable. It was not delivered, simply due to the failure of FedEx to comply with it's assurances that the package would be HELD at the designate...
