Nice job. One way I found to wire stators was to grip the wire with my bench vice, then I could use both hands to hold the stator and wind. I could give a good pull on the wire by pulling the whole stator.

I would use a 1/4" thick piece of aluminium.

once you ride it a while you will be used to the torque and want MORE! I would't gear it up

It still is cutting off the numbers on my note with the new program. I uninstalled the old one and tried again, and still cutting off

I also installed on my Asus tablet, and it cuts them off too, not as much but it still is not showing the full screen.
