Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hello all, I've been enjoying my TSDZ2 daily on my classic 90s steel 26" MTB for more than a year now, for daily commuting. It's a great motor. But a problem has slowly arised and now it's becoming frustrating. I hope somebody cand point what the origin could be. It's the 2018 350W 36V model with x...

Hey

Anyone who can help me over here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=101549 I'm trying to figure out how to take the spider off my bike, but it simply won't come off (pics and videos in that thread).
Strange indeed. I'm on the same opinion like Casainho.

Hello, do you know if this big gear in my TSDZ2 the spur one? Do you have maybe good pictures how the spur and helical TSDZ2 big gears look like? http://wptm.hu/tsdz2/tsbiggear.jpg See on wiki FAQ, there are pictures comparing them: https://github.com/OpenSource-EBike-firmware/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki/FAQ T...

Well, it's most probably 33v. Based on ideas from casainho and hurzhurz found here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=94351&hilit=TSDZ2

Anyways, is there any way I can program this without this extension cable? I have the ST-Link kit, and 3 speed sensors.
Yes, there's. I've built here probably the cheapest possible connector:

If it doesn't damage the motor, I can still try it out as a training tool... hi, I finally ordered a 36V TSDZ2 and it should arrive later this week or early next week. The battery however will arrive later. Can I still install the motor and ride without a battery with the motor off? Or will this da...

On the other hand, purely functionally, the stock firmware is quite good. Don't expect the open source firmware to give a radically better riding experience or to dramatically extend battery life. Thank you tomtom50 for this. I've actually customized the stock firmware and I also like it as it is. ...

How do you use tour mobile phone? Do you prefer to use it as a LCD or you just keep it at your pocket while you pedal?
I use it as an LCD on the handlebar. It works in the background with switched off screen as well, so you can put in pocket too.

fyi, a graph created by data sent from my VOAMCA firmware. It contains data from a 40Km route. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wptm/v...

Re: Improving original firmware - TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

I did a quick test with the XH18LCD and its ST7735S: After UTFT() the LCD is still white and after UTFT_InitLCD() it switches to a random noise picture (or the last displayed image if still in the memory of the LCD). I have the same experience (white and then random noise/last image) with KMR-1.8 S...

Re: Improving original firmware - TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

In this firmware in the communication message the torque initial, actual and the error code is replaced by battery voltage, current and pedal cadence. I've reached this with updating 7 bytes in the original ...
