Re: Yamaha YZF250F

Thank you :) It is a bit problematic to put the controller where the radiator was, it is both thicker and wider: https://i.imgur.com/Z63eSVC.jpg It would mean a pretty big and heavy brick on one side, sticking out pretty much. I did consider double, smaller controllers to be able to do that. And the...

Bottom bracket for the battery:

It did shrink a little when I finished up the welding, so it got a bit to tight.
But with a little massage it is getting there.

Re: Yamaha YZF250F

I have worked a lot on the bike, there just isn't that much result to show.. https://i.imgur.com/o7gPg89.jpg I fixed the finish on the upper part of the battery box. It isn't perfect, because I took too much with a 240 paper. I didn't have anything between 240 and 1000.. I can take more with 1000, b...

Re: Nanjing far driver controllers

I got a couple of ND72330 rated @ 150A and I would say they work quite well - Very easy to configure. They provide an auto-learn features to accelerate the initial process. So far so good. For the price (approx. 150 euro/each) it's a fair product. Interesting. Do you use the phone app or the comput...

I will see the dentist soon, I will ask them to check then.
The doctors think it is because of nerve damage higher up that effects the jaw and then also the teeth.

Re: KTM 200 exc goes electric

Thanks guys :) The pain is not too bad now actually. It hurt a lot when I crashed, but it went mostly numb after a while. It was difficult to sleep at first, I could almost only lay on one side. The evening after they broke the nose back was rather painful, but that was actually the only time I took...

If the question was clearer it would be a lot easier for someone who knows sevcons to answer.

Re: Votol EM-100 & EM-150 controllers

I dont know about the settings for the newer kind of controllers, but I think you still are supposed to choose "surface-mount" in "motor type" on page 3 when that is the type you have.

Re: KTM 200 exc goes electric

The gearing sure made a difference. I didn't notice any lost power at higher speeds either, so there might still be gains to gear it down more. However I had a nasty crash :( The classic "whiskey throttle" I think you call it in English? Wrong grip on the throttle so I couldn't let go, and...

Has anyone done the current mod from Russian forum by now? I need current adjustable on the fly with a potentiometer and want to make sure that I install it correctly :)
Sounds very interesting, can you link to it?

Yes, it is sad. You always wonder when someone in that age without known illness passes away. I dont know if he was depressed or anything, or if it was some sort of accident or whatever. Alex posted about it a month ago in madins motor tread: https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&...

Finally I got my watercut 10tooth sprockets. They were supposed to be 8mm thick, but I got 10mm. https://i.imgur.com/bmwKde7.jpg After a little work in the lathe I was able to make something that fits, and a little extra grip on the splines too :thumb: So I went from 8,18-1 to 7,82-1 when I changed ...

Re: Votol EM-200 Controller

I don't think you can do much about the power in different modes, from what I remember it is just about the speed. I haven't bothered using them myself, so I might have missed something. But I am pretty sure that's how it is. What you can do is lower the battery amps for the normal modes, and set it...

I have about 10:1 and top speed of 75 kmh with a lot of field weakning ofc. I think 9:1 would be perfect. Thanks for the info. Re: Help Paralleling Lipos

I used a server psu trough the nucular controller.
So I set the voltage I want in the nuc.
But just use any charger you want that does the job, or is it something else you want that I am missing?
Just charge like any other lithium pack.

Re: 2017 Honda CR250R to Electric

It is a custom 428 63 tooth. Great company BTW! The front is a 12 tooth from Amazon. So you have 5,25:1 gearing on the chain drive, and something like 2,3:1 in the primary gears? That would make about 12:1 :o I guess it has to be very peppy on the throttle  But how is the power at higher speed?

What kind of charger are you using?
It is server psu:s, eaton apr48-3g.

I am setting them to 60v each, and series connect 2 of them.
But I need to get the program to work to be able to set the amp.
