Re: 11kw EEB Build [emoji48]

Ok problem solved I think.. lol. Got some advice from members here and fb, found out it was a bushing that could be adjusted with some elbow grease. Whew. First thought it was wielded due to not budging with ease. Had to really knock that sucker where I wanted it to move a bit. Now the bolt slides ...

Re: 11kw EEB Build [emoji48]

Thought I update my thread, been a while... been super busy with work and family, but managed to make some progress on my build after I resolved the issue with the swingarm bolt not fitting correctly. Still waiting on my battery tho, hopefully should be in a week or two. Hubsinks and statorade shoul...

Re: Pro builders advice.

The "misaligned" part might be a spacer tube whose job is to hold the bearing inner races at the correct distance. If so, it is a floating piece held in place only by the bolt that runs through it. Use a screwdriver to move it into position so you can insert the bolt. Steel tubing can get small amo...

Re: Pro builders advice.

Looking like crash damage. It will be PITA to make a swing arm pivot that is straight, stiff and sound. You got it new like that? Ask for a refund. Its brand new, ordered from em3ev. After fiddling with ot for a bit. I believe it's the bushings. Maybe I could bang it a bit to align it? Not sure abo...

Its seems the swing arm bolt will not fit thru where the swing arm insertion point on the frame where the bearing sit due to the (not sure what its called) tube being misaligned wit...

Re: 11kw EEB Build [emoji48]

I guess enduroebike.com made up the 2 missing screws by sending me a shit ton of padding for the box.. lol I can literally cover the whole exterior of the box with them. Hehe. I got skimped 3 bolts..the long one is perfect with the padding, the 3 short ones dont even reach. Smh. https://uploads.tapa...

So today I unpackaged the eeb frame from em3ev. Everything looks great.... but they sent me the wrong swing arm bolt. o.O and definetly I need to file out the holes on the frame where the rear shock bolts attach to the frame. Is it just me? Or did I get the Friday build, lmao. Definitely quality iss...

Hi-C. Great company to deal with as most know. ? Never heard of them. Only "Hi-C" I ever heard of is a sugary drink. Used the search button and several comments came up from members recommending them to others. So I took the plunge. Plus they are located in the US and thier prices were competitive....

Re: Kelly vs Sabvoton Controller review 2017

I bought a sabvoton 72150 with tft and the controller didn't monitor motor temp(missing 6th wire on hall sensor plug). The tft screen wasnt great and cut out past 10kw. Also the controller and tft screen blew after just 50 miles. Sabvoton is trash! Buy a mobipus from SamD here on the forum, you won...

Does your tft display correct motor temps? Seems the silver wire on halls is the temp wire, so I'm guessing just by connecting the hall to controller should display motor temps?
