Re: Torque sensor totally destroyed

Hi folks, last Saturday my good old TSDZ2 with nearly 11000 km of mileage passed away in surprisingly brutal manner. I missed a pothole on a forest road and fell from my bike over the chain side. Nothing serious happened to me, just a couple of minor scratches. I continued my trip but noticed that ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Currently there are 2 shops selling TSDZ2 and 850C display with our OpenSource firmware: https://www.electrifybike.com and www.eco-ebike.com. For new users that may prefer a turn key solution, I think www.eco-ebike.com option for TSDZ2 with our OpenSource firmware needs advertisement as it is new a...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

< lots of great stuff > Sounds great. Also, in my dream world you can do a deal with the OEM to have a TSZD2 with correct connectors to just plug into a SW102. Also, if we set the options bits differently in the TSZD2, we can use the SW102 (or 850C) to update the motor firmware. (Though the flash o...

Ordered motor kit from PSWPower on Sunday. By Tuesday, I received a DHL tracking number and it is coming from Singapore. It is now Friday and the DHL shipment says they only received label. No pick-up of the package. I am in the USA. Does anyone know what's going on? I ordered the Motor parts from ...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

Feedback for 0.20 A7. I love the open source firmware, it has so many cool features. I plan to use it in two weeks to cycle across Canada East-West. I am having this issue where, at high cadence (espacially in smaller gears), the motor stops helping and restarts when the cadence is lower. I feel li...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

I tried 0.20.0 Alpha5 and it didn't work for me. Power assist and torque assist felt like I was driving in a toffee. eMTB mode felt like there was no assist at all. I tried level five and eight. Once, the bike attacked when I set level nine. When I lowered level of assistance, driving was again lik...

Where I can find this axle? It’s blue gear axle which goes to big gear. I asked PSWPOWER but they don’t have it. AxletoBigGear.JPG Maybe this will help. I searched for TSDZ2 shaft here's a result, https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20190808094810&SearchText=tsdz2+shaft&sw...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

However the dimensions of the motor shaft are ridiculous, you can see in the picture the comparison with a pen. As you can see, I am an engine burn expert, the neighbor is the rotor of a bpm hub :D :D I agree, little bigger more durability. I don't care very much for weight, because it's electric b...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

it may be an assembly mistake. I had the same problem with a 2017 engine but it was my fault. I wanted to grease the blue gear but the engine did not come out and either tapped lightly with the hammer. Unfortunately the engine shaft is not elastic but fragile and when I reassembled everything after...

How fast do you have your motor broken? My motor broke down when I had driven 80km. I drove 38 km yesterday and today I had driven 40 km when the rattling noise was started. Warning. It cost me $72CAD after duty and shipping to get a single blue gear shipped to me from pswpower. Consider ordering an extra gear if you are going to order this motor. You can ask here parts for TSDZ2. They are in Nashwille, but they send also from China. https://www.eco-ebike.com/pages/shi...
