Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

@Wapous. Great writing and pictures. Where could I order Teflon washers for torque sensor? If you order a new torque sensor, no washers are included. Some stores sells torque sensor with springs and others sells only torque sensor without springs. You will need to order the material in bulk and tri...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

can I run dual magnets on the speed sensor to cut its response time in half? this is on a 700c bike (wheel circumference is 2160 but I'll be bumping to a larger tire at 2180 shortly). Would I simply cut my tire circumference in half for this? or is there a setting somewhere for that? or is this rea...

Thanks Plamen and Casainho ! I think it is most probably a problem with the controller..why this happened all of a sudden I have no idea, but: I have a spare Motor. I have flashed it successfully last night and connected it using my bikes cables. No problem here. On the other hand, it seems that I ...

Hi all, I would like to share with the Forum what I did on the TSDZ2 engine to improve heat dissipation. Part 3 3 - Lubricate the engine with a grease suitable for nylon Blue Gear. I lubricated with a grease that is used to lubricate the nylon gears in the wind turbines. I used the Molykote PG-65 g...

I have the latest OSF installed. Just installed some integrated lighting (head and tail light). Now, when I activate the lights (holding down the +), the motor rarely engages. Sometimes it randomly will, but usually not. Any ideas what's going on? See few pages backwards. No fix yet... Have you tri...

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

I'm afraid I don't understand these steps. You have to start pedealing for 10 seconds and then you should see a value on the field. How does this work? Do I have to have the motor connected to my laptop and somehow read this value? Can someone please explain this to me in more detail? Or can I copy...

I've searched a few different ways but haven't been able to find any information on the size of the 3 little music wire springs. I've chewed up a few, and am looking to source locally. Hi, I'm trying to update a TSDZ2 kit that came with a 850c display. Is there any problem opening the display and flashing using SWD STLINKV2. My tsdz2 has behaved strangely. Sometimes gives a very good assist and sometimes very badly. I started adjusting the torque sensor. I measured its value first and it was 157. The minimum value I can adjust it to is 64 (should get to values of 25-30). Is the sensor simply broken. I have that too som...
