ok so i did some research and i found posts about the shunt mod.... in my 48v 17amp controller i found only one shunt.... , the mod consists on putting solder on the shunt to make it more conductive..... , should a less thick shunt do the oposite?, will order a 72v controller and check how many shun...

i mean how can i tell wich shunt to cut on the controller?, another question is when we speak about a 72v battery we are talking about a 19s (70. 3v) that is actually 79. 8 fullycharged right?, so it will pull say 79. 8x15amp = 1200 watts.....

thanks dogman thats the kind of answer i was hoping for...., i have 2 whatmeters, one for each wheel, my only problem is limiting the controllers.... , because most 72v controllers go until 35 40 amps wich i think its too much..... anyway my battery is rated to handle 60 amps max.... and that would ...

I forgot to mention that i changed the throttle input because the old one broke.... , these probkems just started after the change... but the throttle works with another motor (250w) and the same controller without any problems.....

Hello everyone i got this 250w hub motor that is sold from china under the name imortor, i changed the controller for a 17 amp one wich gets more speed out of it also the battery is 52v now..... , to do this i extended the wire , (3 phase and the 5 for the sensors) , it all was working fine for some...

Thanks amberwolf i was suspecting something like that was happenning but i had a little bit of hope that i could run it like before because the power was so amazing :-), anyways i am running it at 52v, and have 2 250w motors 2 of these cheap 12eur controllers i guess i cant complain.... , i am getti...

Any thoughts on how to connect the brake lever microswitches to the controllers if i don't use a cycle analist?, i was thinking to connect each lever to a different controller but if its possible to connect them both to both controllers i think it would work beter...
