Re: QS 3000w midmotor
I don't know it's not my motor and my friend hasn't tried replacing the shaft yet. For the moment he has welded the pinion, and if one day the shaft breaks he will replace it.

On Debug mode you can look at the throttle voltage on live.

Re: Nucular electronics - complete kit for ev! [beta]
The power is not calculated with the phase current but with the battery current. I think you also made a mistake in the units. 7218kw it's a Dragster engine. In FOC mode the speed is higher and the operation is optimized in sensorless mode it is all or nothing, so the power is brutal but the RPMs lo...

The gauge may take into account the LVC voltage you have chosen. The Whs are really fair and correspond to reality from the moment you have properly charged your battery to dv.

Re: QS 3000w midmotor
You should replace the 2 sprockets with larger diameter models to reduce the stress on the motor and reduction shafts as well as the chain. You can keep the same ratio between the 2 sprockets, but simply increase the number of teeth on the 2.

The latest version of the Qs 138 70h in version 2 is now available with the keyed motor shaft for a pulley and an adapter for a 428 14T pinion. It's good news. https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005001631600681.html?spm=a2g0n.search-amp.list.1005001631600681&aff_trace_key=17d206a2c5c045ba8e828475b7...

Re: Nucular Electronics owner's thread (setup infos, FW updates, links etc.)
Yes it even works very well my controller generates 10% energy when slowing down. That is to say that for 100wh used it produces 10wh which makes a consumption of 90wh. It sets the "active braking parameter" in the" control menu" to stop the motor at 0 speed. In the "advance...

Qs made an important commercial gesture on shipping costs when ordering a Qs 138 90H and they supplied the motor shaft for the 70H in addition to 2 different gears.

Re: Nucular Electronics owner's thread (setup infos, FW updates, links etc.)
A guy in France made a very simple system with a disc that has holes and an optical sensor. A second adjustable disc makes it possible to obstruct more or less the oval holes with fine tuning. The advantage is simplicity and no disturbances due to magnetic fields. This made it possible to transform ...

Re: Aprilia 125 rs conversion
Hi, Salut Jyby, I see you are going to tackle something difficult and very expensive. Your budget is certainly too low. That's hardly what it takes to make a 10kW motorcycle for fun. A 30 or 40kW project for racing on the circuit, not to mention the engine, you will need at least a battery of 5000 €...

Re: Nucular Electronics owner's thread (setup infos, FW updates, links etc.)
You have to go to the "controller parameters", and to" I / O configurations". There you can set the function "CAN port 1 to CAN port 16". You can give a function to each of them. For example" CAN port 4 = RV". Then you go to the "On board computer" s...

Do not forget that you have the programming of the controller but also the programming of the display that you can customize. Originally the controller is supplied with the small jst connectors to add options to the back of the screen.

Re: Nucular electronics - complete kit for ev! [beta]
In "Debug information" you can see the signal from the sensors when your engine is running in " Hall imput" line. 001- 011- 010-110-100-101-111. When we say faulty sensor it means no signal from one or more dead sensors. There if you have the signal from all your sensors it means...

@speedy1984 If you have an urgent need to get your machine up and running quickly grab a cheap controller and have fun while your Nucular gets home. Definitely worth the wait. Even though other controllers can give the same performance, you won't find the possibility of having the same customization...

Re: Nucular electronics - complete kit for ev! [beta]
FW is the weakening of the magnetic field of the motor at high speed. It only increases the rotational speed when maximum rpm is reached. The magnetic field being lower, the motor turns faster because it turns freely without resistance, but this implies a drop in torque. It is the same as increasing...

I think your engine is way too powerful for this little scooter, but now that it's installed it's perfect. For your question on Elock and One Key, I think the difference is that one is used for the kickstand and the other for the key switch.

I think that the engine parameters should be deleted because in sensorless mode, the engine should not be recognized.
