Stolen black EEB bike Perth Western Australia

An EEB frame based bike I built was stolen from my friends house on Friday night (16.11.18). The suburb was Coolbinia. WA. It's a black frame, volcano forks, black 18 Fet Sine wave (Hadron) controller mounted on front of frame. Chrystalyte 4080 rear hub, 14s 14p cell man battery. Red high amp kill s...

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

Yep huge range, easy 120km.
The swing arm had the Mac motor already fitted by Timma when I got hold of the frame. There is a torque arm on each side between the motor and the inside of the dropouts.

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

Some photos, of the finished Norco. I'm loving this bike, it's a joy to ride, my best build yet. I took the 12 Fet controller out of it's case and mounted it directly to the frame. All the controller components have been glued down to the board for extra reliability. IMG_4544.JPG IMG_4545.JPG IMG_46...

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

Hey Simon, I only just saw this post from you, sorry. I recon that was me getting beer on a scooter. Nice Yuba mate, I put a EM3ev kit on one of those for a mate about 6 months ago, he's wrapped. I have pretty much finished this Norco yesterday, can't believe how good it is, best build I've done. I ...

Re: Norco Aline and Kevlar/carbon tank

Samd this is a lovely build well done. A while back I stumbled onto one of these Alines and just had to have it when Timma (Paul) put it up for sale. I've also done a battery box frame mod, just getting the battery built ATM by Cellman, and then should be on the road, can't wait. I have a small buil...

Re: Photobucket's new policy

Great advice and I would have done this if I had known.
When I first joined ES someone recommended Photobucket and I thought linking was the only way to post photos.

Re: The most comfortable saddle you've ever owned?

I just received a Cloud 9 seat, I haven't ridden on it yet but have sat on it and felt it, feels amazing and looks great. I can't wait to use it, awesome seat.
More excellent advice from Chalo.

Photobucket's new policy

Anyone else get the start paying for 3rd party hosting email from Photobucket? From now on if you want to host photos on ES, for example, using Photobucket it will cost $39.99 (in Australia) per month. They tell me that my photos will still be available and safe but the 3rd party hosting option on m...

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

I was going to run Marzocchi bomber 888 forks but decided to run Fox 40"s as I'm keen to throw all my best parts at this build. These 40's even have the titanium spring upgrade I noticed the other day when I was servicing them. It proved to be loads more work to get the 40"s to fit. The Marzocchi's ...

The Tioga Gel Tech Web Sprung seats are great and not expensive. https://www.pushys.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/3/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/a/z/azur-tioga-gel-tech-womens-comfort-deluxe-10-saddle-black-VL280EMG-rear-view.jpg https://www.pushys.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/3...

I'm not sure if the colour has a name, it is a dulux gloss white powder coat though.

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

The box is designed to fit a battery that is 130mm x 140mm x 300mm. This is the space required for a 14S 14P 18650 pack. I recently had one of these batteries built for a friends bike by Cell Man(EM3ev) and put it into a Electric Enduro frame build. I purchased the whole set up from Cell Man, my mat...

Re: Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

I found a photo of the complete bike when running 2 x 16000mah multistars.
This was taken on a friend's cattle station 1200km north of Perth.

Norco A line; Following in Timma's footsteps.

So I was lucky enough to buy Timma's carbon fiber modded Norco A line. Timma (Paul) modded the frame to take a couple of 6S 4000mah Lipos and internally mounted a 12 Fet. See Paul's profile photo for that incarnation of this frame. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=...

A123 20Ah prismatic cell

I need one 20Ah cell for a 16S pack that has dropped a cell.
I'm probably interested in a few spares as well but one would get me back on the road.
Cheers,
