eBikesteeve, can you rebuild or repair a Sur-Ron battery?

Thanks for the reply. The Sur-Ron has a Frame mounted motor, will check with my friend about any crashes.

By any chance, can you repair or rebuild Sur-Ron batteries?

A friend of mine has a Segway 160 that shocks the operator through the frame when the bike accelrates, anyone have this same problem or can think of a a fix? Thanks for any help.
