Re: Ebike anti-theft, GPS and motion alarms, suggestions?

I bought this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000148 ... 4c4duaFemB but not install it yet. This gps tracker have a working voltage between 8 and 95 volt, it's mean you dont need any dc convert just plug it into the main battery.

Re: I need help finding a QS 205 motor for the lowest price

Hi, this is my first post here. Hope this is the right section. I just built my first ebike using a voilamart 1500w kit and I love it, but it still goes way too slow and I'm looking to upgrade soon. (I will post more info about that ebike later with some goodies I think a few of you will like). I'm...

Re: Common pack design mistakes, how to avoid?

If you do it like pictured, the cell on top would see a bit higher current flow compared to the cell on bottom. Otherwise, one 8AWG wire soldered between cell 3&4 should be OK if you beef up the connection to the other parallel cells, and if you keep it short. But thats 6p, didn't you say 12p? Sorr...

Re: Common pack design mistakes, how to avoid?

I want a 20s12p battery (13 amp per cell) and have to split it up in 3, 2 x 6s12p and 1 x 8s12p. See pic: dsdf.png The problem of having two or more single packs put together in series, is the voltage drop over the interconnections which could make the BMS to cut off. If we take as example two 6s p...

Re: Common pack design mistakes, how to avoid?

Hi all I'm gonna make my battery very soon. Before I do that, I need your help to verify that I'm doing it right. I want a 20s12p battery (13 amp per cell) and have to split it up in 3, 2 x 6s12p and 1 x 8s12p. See pic: dsdf.png I'm thinking to use 16 awg cable for the interconnections with a length...

Re: 1st Build. Black Enduro 72v 3kw 50-65mph (fast)

Hi No offence but I've seen many EEB build and many claim that they can build a complete bike for about 2.500$. Is it possible? I try to calculate ur frame, rims, 3kw rear hub motor from Em3ev: EEB Frame: 349 Hub motor: 259 Front wheel: 100 Shipping: 198 Total: 906 25 % tax: 227 Grand total: 1132 So...

Re: 3rd ebike battery. This time, doing it right

The series connections are at least 2 pieces of copper braid (wick wire). The wire is about 0.5mm x 3.5mm. With the connections that look like just 1, I've double layered them to be 2 thick rather than 1. SilverLine: http://thoughtmountain.com/Wire_Size.html The wire is between 13 and 14, so its ab...

Thanks for the info flippy. I though the Sanoy GA is reliable enough to use. Lucky I havent bought any cells yet. If we compare the E29 vs E35, how is the life span between these 2 cells?

Re: Battery match for QS 273 5kw

never use Ga's for this. you will kill them in under a year. use samsung 29E7 (mind the 7) or if you cant get those the older 6. PF's are also a option but are a bit more saggy under serious loads. personally i would not get a pack that will keep under 2C for peaks and WAY under 1C for sustained lo...

Re: Another Stealth bomber (clone) build

I regret being cheap with the forks up front. I knew they were cheap when I bought them, but I was on a budget so I got them. I'd like something better, because I really beat the bike and the forks are the only issue. Hi shortcircuit911 I was about to order same DNM USD-8 front fork as urs. Now im ...

Seems like my bearings at swingarm differ from yours and the inside is not of rubber. I hope it will hold. 12345.jpg Hi Dung. That's different then?? Looks like a better job than the rubber bushing we had in ours. Are you sure its the same frame as we have? If yours is an EEB frame then I'm thinkin...
