Extreme spoke angles with big hub motor wheelbuilds

I just built a 27.5" wheel with a voilamart motor and the angle between the spoke nipples and the spokes looks extremely dodgy and I'm concerned that it spokes will fail at that bend point. Is there any way to improve this with this build or my next one? Would nipple washers improve it? Thank y...

When I set my assist level to maximum and turn off the bike, the next time I turn it on again, it will be on ECO. Is there a way to always have it on maximum assist?

Bluetooth BMS with Watt-hour counter

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a Bluetooth BMS for my ebike battery that can display the consumed Watthours in the app. Being able to reset the counter every ride would be ideal.

Is anyone aware of a Bluetooth BMS that can do this?

Some AliExpress sellers offer the case with a BMS, but I prefer Bluetooth bms systems that let me see cell voltages on my phone. That gives me the peace of mind that the bms is working properly. The Bluetooth bms would fit if I removed the heatsink. I'll try to come up with a custom heatsink design....

The controller is 7A continuous, 15A peak. (Which is the legal limit in the EU) Can you show the regs that state 15a peak is the legal limit afaik the only regs are motor has to rated 250w and max 48v. 1000 cycles in 3 years would be more than enough. I assume there will be better battery technology out there by that point anyway.

Still don't know which one of the mentioned cells would be best for my purpose.

How loud is a motor with the custom firmware FOC, compared to decent commercial options like Lishui or Phaserunner? Are they comparable?
