Re: How Is Cycle Analyst still in business? Worst customer support ever

No bicycles in the stores in my area, bicycle shops claim that as fast as they can put them together their out the door. Maybe just maybe they all need Cycle Analyst.

Re: E bike milage

Last year "2019" bought two 7T leafmotors (front and Rear)to lace into 29" wheels and ran at 72v. Ended up lacing the rear motor in to 26" wheel top speed 53 kph / 31 mph. This year I gave the front motor to my brother laced into a 29" wheel ran at 36v. His old battery top speed was 17 mph, he mount...

I run a 2019 7T leafmotor at 72v, top speed 31 mph with Grinfineon 40A. It has been great for me but now would have went with the 6T in a 26" wheel just under 40 mph.

Re: Advice on Picking a Hub Kit

Yes, motors are a good price but shipping is crazy.

Edit: If you decide to get a leafmotor you can pick the winding you want but I would do some reading on it and use the motor simulator. Get a motor that best matches your battery and top speed.

Were you able to return the 1200w motor. If not and you are on a Budget why not test the hall sensors in the motor and see if it can be fix, just a thought.

Just worry about the insulation on higher voltage. Not sure i'm ready for the expense yet.
Think the QS 205 would do 50-60 mph on the next trike might need to do some areo mods.

Re: Broken Spokes (On Going Problem)

Good to know. was not after speed from the start. Have learned that don't need a slow under powered E-bike to get distance.

It has taken me a while to get used to my direct steer trike so looking at 45-50 mph now. 90% of my riding will still be under 20 mph.
So good wheel builds and tires.
