Regenerative braking + fully charged battery

I've seen many cases with broken e-bikes+electrical scooters when using regenerative braking on a fully charged battery.
What is most likely to break in such a combination, fully engage regenerative breaking + fully charged battery, the controller, battery cells or BMS?

You probably got error code 22/35 but didn't notice it on the display.
Happens to me too. I just power cycle and it works again.

10s charger measures 42.3v. Bad thing?

I bought a charger to a 10s battery pack and it measures 42.3 volts. Now that will over charge each cell a bit to 4.23v or will a good Bms kick in and stop at 42.0v?
Should I be concerned?

I'm the guy that usually charges to 3.8-4v to extend battery life.

I'm quiet sure i will be fine with 0.15x7-8mm but if 0.2mm is easy for the kweld, why not go with 0.2mm directly? I'd probably never hit more than 10amps per cell. I guess i will be somewhere 3-5 amps. And you never know, all of a sudden I start building batteries for power tools which requires a lo...

How does kweld weld 0.2mm pure nickel for you guys? I understand it depends on the power supply but i'd love to hear how it's going for you guys.
This is the last detail i'm unsure of. Order 0.15 mm or 0.20 mm.

no, doing full charges negates the whole point of not doing them. you need a programmable bms that can manually set the balance voltage to 4v and a charger that is set to 65-ish volt. Ok. for the normal usage here i recommend just sticking to 4.05~4.1V range. you gain a lot of lifespan by just going to 4.1v (or slighty under). going lower is not that interesting for most people here as the battery packs are too small and simply die because of being ridden too hard. lowering to 4.05~...
