Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

Front sporket wear is quite fast on the 12T, it is due to the low teeh count. For long chain and sprokets life, it is best to clean the chain on each muddy ride with wd40 to remove contaminents and prevent rust. We also have available the CZ chains with master links, they are heavier and stronger, ...

I would suggest to remove 1 link (2 pins) from your chain if you have tension issues.
The chain need a 219 kart chain breaker.
Merci beaucoup ! Its solved the problem :) :)

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

I have a little wobble of the rear cog freewheel, but not a lot 1mm or so with no belt installed. No Loading. With the belt on and tensioned, the wobble is gone. Is this what you are calling the clutch. How much wobble do you have? Did you take off the rear wheel. There is a spacer which has to be ...

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

It looks like you have no tension on the spring. Shouldn‘t the little end of the spring be on the other side of the bolt. I‘m not sure, Maybe someone else can confirm. I remember that there is some real pull on the chain with the tensioner. This is a picture from some months ago. Maybe you can comp...

Have you checked to see if you have any stiff links in the chain. How about the chain. Is it nicely cleaned and well oiled. Has the front sprocket worn and got hooks. Is the tensioner moving correctly, has a nice tension and that both rollers are clean and rolling perfectly. Is the rear cog clean. ...

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

I got a Jumbo-Pack from Em3ev and it doesn't fit well, but it fits. I shorted the wire and put the xt90 connector under the motor, (where the controller is). But i still need 1 more centimeter to use lock it with the key. I will make some photos later to make it understandable. Ps: sorry for my bad...

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

Awesome stuff Adam. Blasting past those other 'regular' E-bikes puts things into perspective, and show's just why I wanted the LMX. I've suffered with a Stealth Fighter and it's overheating motor on big hill climbs for far too long...bring on the decent mid drive. :bigthumb: A bunch of goodies arri...
