need to go get some washers before doing the rest
used to be able to go no-hands from 50km/h down to 25km/h but now its 40 to 25 need to give it a half turn and see if that fixes it

Grin built it in Nov.2019 with dual gauge Sapim spokes and they bend the actual spoke so the nipples go through the rim square
8500km's at high speeds, never had to tension the spokes til about a month ago :bigthumb:

sprayed the outside of the motor and cassette with wd-40 to clean it after changing tire next day 2 bearings seized about 15km into a ride luckily i read here that the cassette cant be replaced, you need a new side cover bought a xf40 with a broken axle about 6months ago swapped side covers bearings...

equalized 66 of the good with 22 that were at a lower voltage for a week. had 8 dead cells
all the batteries are at 3.96v
removed the foil and magnets off the positive side,
going to let them sit another week and recheck each cells voltage before building a pack

batterys are measured from 4.2v to 2.5v
you started at 4.04v and ended at 3.1v

my 30q-4p packs are rated at 12ah but i run them from 4.05v to 3.0v and thats 10.5ah

what cells are they

i think the 5 size means 5mm hole
lots of m6 with 6mm hole but not with 5mm hole
lots of standard but not metric
