Re: cav3 + phaserunner config questions

in Output Torque Ramping, you could try changing your torque up rate to 50ms from 200ms.

how many amps regen have you set? do the math, the battery voltage x amps regen gives you the regen watts on the ca3 display

you might need to crank up regen amps to up the braking force

Re: 40T, neodymium magnets, plasti dip cycle test

i agree, sharp edge is no good but like Hummina mentioned, if the copper was stamped like nickel strip you could trim out the positive parallel connection and just use those cell insulator rings that most people use

Re: 40T, neodymium magnets, plasti dip cycle test

im using the 7.5mm ring magnets on 18650 cells, theyre 1mm thick the positive button is 8mm diameter, if you use 10mm magnets on 18650, the magnet wants to pull to the outside negative ring 10mm is good for 21700 :thumb: the copper slug tape is really only about 0.03mm thick, its time consuming to m...

Re: is there a prob in this battery diy plan with prebuid case?

i think it was mentioned above, thats a connection point if you solder 2 wires together, you use a soldering iron to heat the solder and wire til the solder melts, making the weld as long as the wire and solder to get hot enough to reach the melting point of the solder, youre fine if you put heat to...
