I didn't know of any good use for that 'sign' material. I have thought about finding some use. In 2016 I could have filled truckloads of common "Vote for Me" { ~ 2' square pieces and steel wire frames. } Could used signs be laminated, Again , they are made by lamination Creating big sheets...

Thank You for this fine reference information, Justin and all. I chose the BBS02 because of this analysis and my working background in thermodynamics. No regrets. "But what's interesting is you could have all of this exact same improvement by simply starting with the BBS02 motor and then clampi...

I'm no salesperson so, Imagine a well prepared peddler with mid drive kits, batteries, adapters, wires & 'wrenches' at the trail head: "Your bike could be electric,". Power to go right up that hill. The ride+race format is something I'd considered when first coming online as a Stealth ...

After you choose to fly and arrive at the airport you are subject to search and will be asked security questions.
Answer completely, carefully and correctly, because there are a wide variety of consequences.
Because many regulations are covered by your actions.

Very interesting reading, and full of detail about motor powered vehicles, Thanks ! I'm a boater and am wondering about optimizing the propeller design for an electric vessel. What if: 25' boat; ~4' ? Large prop has variable pitch bouyant hollow titanium blades turning relatively slow. Mike

Oh, that's a nice eBike !
Please critique the ride quality, and performance of your choice for the type of suspension.
( I think it's great !)
Your attention to thermal management with bespoke heat sink is a nice feature.

Before i bought my first ebike from a website last year I confirmed:
No LBS would touch the bike, I was on my own for all bicycle and electrical repairs.
Second bike is a BBS02 kit because I know better and learned from reading

Mount your engine.
Run the engine and measure thrust ( Fn ).
Because you don't know anything, best by test , thrust you can trust.
