Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Thanks ktronic, everything works perfect now. I had not understood how quick the short click had to be. another good idea is to look at the lowest config setting, 'techinal' I think it says...., its a data screen where you can compare your touque sensor output...to the ones in your touque sensor se...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hi, My build is almost complete, took a quick test ride today and the motor seems to work well. However I have a few issues: 1- The UP/DOWN buttons (850C) are reversed. I click on DOWN to increase the assist level. Another user (nassal) had mentioned this problem but I couldn't find a resolution in...

OK, currently the E-bike drivers are out of stock... so as a work around we use this... 48v (15-50v) input, output 12v 3A. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Industry-Grade-DC-48V-DC-12V-10A-Step-Down-Converter-AU-/221125183044?pt=AU_Solar&hash=item337c168644#ht_2239wt_1147 Use this DC-DC buck converter to ...

Re: 3000lm LED E-bike light with 80v MAX driver.

Hey,

will do a action beamshot, soon...

err no more e-bike drivers left, can you tap less that 25v somewhere??

lights are going for $250 at the moment...+$100 for the remote box ect...so get a 3A min switchmode PSU to give 12-15v (from 48v) and we good to go...

cheers

Re: 3000lm LED E-bike light with 80v MAX driver.

Thanks quys! It pretty simple on the inside... 1x taskled hyperboost 3.2A led driver. 3x Cree XML LEDs. As the driver is a analouge type, it's set at 3A to led string, via the scence resistor, switch just parallels that resistor, with another for the 1A dimming mode. The driver is too big for housin...

those work OK on a dry tire, but I have seen them shred the bead when the tire was tight and didn't want to budge. Add some soap to the speed lever and they do work pretty good. +1 on this, easy to shread the bead buy sliding the tool...you can buy metal core tyre levers, they won't break...also ol...
