Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Thank you Lithium Grease is not the best for all plastic gears. You can found this in internet! I use "Total Ceran XM 220". The consis...

Re: Fully wireless ANT+ BLE TSDZ2 mid drive motor (like Specialized Turbo Levo) -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

Thanks for the link to the new thread. I will be following this closely and will build one of these once you have a working model and an app for Garmin or iphone or both.
Do you plan on this having the motor temp option for display?

A wireless setup like this would be assume. I have a Garmin 830 and my iphone on my trike already. Would be great to remove the display and some wires and just have a small box attached next to the motor. Let me know if you need a beta tester. I have two bikes! Roadrace and eMtb mit TSDZ2. Roadrace ...

Re: What motor temp is safe

......What is safe and how can I help keep the motor cool. I have a 36v overclocked motor with a 52v battery. Would the 48/52v motor run cooler? Do not really need the overclocked part. Also if I swap the motor to 48v version what can I do to help cool it? Besides the heat improvements of RicMcK, y...

So you agree that not human power mode and not torque mode are perfect, all of them have disadvantages.

What motor temps are safe?

I just finished the install of my TSDZ2 on my Ice Trike. I still need to configure it a little but all of it is now working.
I have the temp sensor installed and working but I have no idea what I should watch for as an upper temp limit.
What is the max temp I should watch for and be safe?
