Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I wonder why I write the manuals. Okay, here's the procedure: 1 - To modify the parameters, the “Set parameters” function must be enabled in the configurator (default disabled). Or, if disabled, it can be enabled on the display at level 0-OFF by setting E02 - SET PARAMETER, light button twice (on / ...

Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

On VLCD5 you can somehow see the operation of the PAS sensor? It is possible to check the PAS sensor operation by viewing the cadence. There is one consideration, a continuous failure of a sensor causes an error. A temporary failure, for a time shorter than the control time, does not cause an error...

Well all right, there are no wrong settings. With these parameters and with calibration disabled, in Power mode it is the same as having it enabled. Even for human power you will have acceptable values. I think I understand the problem that causes e2 by enabling calibration. The display firmware an...

Backup found. Added the change to the latest version. Here are the files to replace, I hope it works. changes_v20.1C.2-update-1_for_5_levels_20220918.zip The Tongsheng protocol provides 5 levels, only 4 are used in the stock displays, the fifth unused is between 0-OFF and 1-ECO. Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hi all. I bought an Enerpower DZ41 display and connected it to OSF. I used the settings for VLCD5. Everything seems to work, but there is a not pleasant moment. Switching support levels does not work correctly. The DZ41 display has 5 support levels. OSF has 4 levels. When power is turned on, level ...

Re: tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

With temporary settings, if operating the throttle with lights on, the displayed value is always zero, there is a hardware problem. It is as if the throttle is not connected. If you bought the components all in the same kit, they should be compatible with each other. Try to check the 8 pin connector...

Value 194 too. Is it a problem if i leave Calibration disable? Leaving it disabled is not a problem. Calibration is only necessary with torque sensors that have a limited range. If assistance is well distributed across all levels, calibration is unnecessary. However, the visualization of human powe...

It is possible, a lower voltage decreases the available power and increases the acceleration time. It might be enough to help the motor by pushing the bike at the start. You will have seen that the levels now set in speed. I made this change because when it happened to use walk assist on climbs that...

So now the situation is this:
When pedaling, the correct speed is displayed but without assistance, no errors displayed, the assisted walk works.
Did I get it right?
Try it in cadence mode.
Post the ini file.

But now with the updated version does it work?

"Walk assist debounce time" can be set up to 250 (25 seconds).
"Brake sensor" must be enabled.
"Walk assist debounce time" must be enabled.

I did not understand if E05 error motor check, is always displayed.
However in the latest update, the handling of E05 has been improved to avoid false errors.
If you haven't tried it yet, give it a try.

Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

If Walk Assist works, there should be a problem with the torque sensor.
To confirm, try in cadence mode.
Then check the adc value of the torque sensor on the display, if it changes by pushing on the pedals.
